  1. Great White sized fish James?
  2. With conditions what they are, I reckon I'd just hire a board rather than destroy mine.
  3. Hmm... I recently had the rear steering rack removed and one of Geoff's HICAS lock bars fitted. Where the two hoses were removed along with the rear rack, bolts were inserted to plug the open threaded fittings. I assume from your post Gary that this isn't the correct way to perform the job and will need a hose that runs between these two points in order to keep the fluid flowing?
  4. What would happen if one removed the rear steering rack with the lines that run into the "junction box" (I've got no idea what to call it!) and simply put 2 bolts into the holes that the lines came out of?
  5. Are you 100% it's the camber at fault? Excessive toe out can scrub inside edges very easily.

    Forum Scammers?

I once had to do this through an online auction site. I paid the guy by PayPal but he never shipped the goods. PayPal couldn't help me so I went to my bank (Westpac). They recovered my cash and I didn't have to pay a cent.

    Tyre Shops

Hence why I walked out the door. Problem is already solved - I wanted to replace my Azenis with Azenis and Craig came up with the goods once again. I think $365 for Falken Azenis RT615 255/40/17 is a very good deal.
  8. What the Hell, I'm in for a set of R32 GTR dials like benm has stated, including the 3 centre gauges.

    Tyre Shops

I went looking for tyres last week - amongst the quote was K104's in 255/40/17 for $315. I've ended up going where I usually do - Trackside Tyres in Kilsyth. Falken Azenis RT615 $365. I was quoted $425 for them at the same place as the K104s.
  10. If you could Chinny, that would be good.
  11. The advertisement says it's been registered before, so why can't it be registered again?
  12. I've got 2 bald tyres on 17" rims Roy. PM me.
  13. A bit like having a turbo timer with no alarm. One of the first modifications I made to my car after it landed was to remove the turbo timer and install a high quality alarm. Sorry to hear about your loss coupe-this, I know what it feels like. The first brand new car I bought, an MY00 WRX, was stolen from my house a few years ago never to be seen again. I agree with mid life crisis too; if you can't afford insurance/running costs/repairs of a particular car, don't buy it. Hope you get it back.
  14. You didn't even have third party fire & theft?
  15. I wish I'd known this when I bought my steering wheel. I thought all GTR wheels were the same!

    R32 GTR G-Sensor

Hehe, I basically said that in my e-mail to you. Money's already on its way.

    R32 GTR G-Sensor

It's in working order I assume
  19. You wouldn't happen to have the R32 G-Sensor (from under the centre console) would you?
  20. I'm in need of a replacement G-Sensor as mine died and the car became RWD. If anyone has one, or knows where to source one I'd love to hear from you. Cheers, Nick I can be e-mailed on dr_wrx AT hotmail DOT com
  21. Cosidering I paid $650 cash (would've been $750 any other way) for a SS dump, flex joint and high flow cat on my WRX 4.5 years ago, I think that's pretty reasonable.
  22. Sure it's not the pads relocating in the calipers? I used to get that in my WRX.

    Just a question

    MCCR?
  24. I've find myself in a similar situation, I'm pretty much sold on a Pioneer DEH-P8650MP which I can get for under $500 secondhand. I've had Pioneer in the past and loved it. Anyone care to comment on my chosen model? FHRX?
  25. Laws are based on the factory-provided specifications.
