cheers guys okay im after about 250- 280 rwkw so what kind of built would do the job considering a 25/30 build but costs may not be woth it if im only going for 250-280 has anyone done a rb25 rebuilt recently if so could you possibly post 1. power output 2. parts used 3. cost if possible oh yeah any recommendations for somewher to get the engine machined my current mods are listed in my sig i will be upgrading the turboand cams will these mods be enough for my target cheers

does anyone out there know of any workshops round perth that sell ready built motors with forgies and stuff if not what are some recommendations for places to get an engine built considering quality and price go hand in hand is 7k a reasonable amount to pay for a full rebuilt cheers in advance

okay my line has a rough idle but its only when im in drive and reverse with my foot on the brake. not when the brake is fully on but when its on enough to keep the car stationary on a level surface. and a bit when its just rolling along with no throttle but the car is running perfect off and on boost mods to the car are stated in my sig what is it. i have been thinking of selling it and i hope its just the car cracking it. and nothing more sinister (needing a rebuild)

thats fine i dont mind the selector not being in the right place anyone have a list of parts for auto to manual convo -
okay guys i want to do a manual convo i have heard the vg box is the same as the rb25 box you just have to put a rb25 bellhousing on it is this true has anyone done this are the parts easy to source i have found the box for 750 would the bellhousing be found at just the wreckers cheers

i think the question should be who tunes e-manages WELL hyper drive told me to stay away from them cos they cant get good results and they are a greddy dealer but i dunno i haven dealt with allstar so i cant say any thing good or bad let me know how it goes cos im gonna go down the pfc path but im worried bout the auto box

does any one have any recommendations for auto gearbox places in perth or the website for mv im putting a pfc in my auto and i wanna stengthen it up abit but dont really wanna rebuild just a shift kit if possible

was looking at the cars and realised its a prequel to tokyo drift so no gtr but suprisingly a 08 wrx im confused in which movie did brian get the delorian from doc

yyyyyeeeeeeeeesssssssssss whoa seems like this one will have more of a plot then the others but who really goes to this type of movie for the plot im guessin there will have to be a new gtr driven hard by brian o'connor but i cant wait a year

hey guys i have read all of the threads about ecus in auto r33s all of them are from quite long ago there would have to be advances in tech so would are good ecus for auto skylines now dont want extremely harsh gear changes also i was searching on ebay for ecus and i found reprogrammed standard ecus this is their description Here is a Japanese tuned ecu by Garage50 tuning workshop this ecu to suit a RB25DET it puts out over 200rwkw @ 12.5 psi with only a front mount and dump pipe and 3" exhaust and bleed valve. it has the speed limiter removed and the boost cut removed also. If you raised the boost you will easily have over 300rwhp, and would get even more hp with a bigger turbo and other mods.This ECU puts out great low to midrange torque with the standard turbo which is great for drifting. Fully tested and working, I try to get all the ecus that i sell onto our dyno to check power output and more importantly make sure they have a safe air/fuel ratio and will run our fuel. We have had great success with these ecus and our feedback proves the results. This has been tested in both Manual and Automatic R33 Skylines series 1 and 2. This is the last one till Feb 2008 as i have stopped importing until next year. has anyone had any experience with these ecus is it worth getting somethinglike this and where would i get it retuned in wa cheers

hey guys what ecu should i choose would go pfc but the car is auto would go remap but its an r33 okay i am bout to add a cgc highflow 555cc injectors and a z32 afm any suggestions for an ecu that will cut the mustard thinking hks fcon v pro lucky i live round the corner from xspeed cheers matt

hey guys i just got two questions 1. how easy is it to buy the wiring loom for a hks fcon 2. my boost is spiking something chronic. i have a profec b2 stock turbo on its way out what would be causing this. is something wrong with the boost cont cheers in advance

hey guys i was wondering if you can recommend any places to get a rb25 turbo highflowed in wa. if not i will probably get a second hand one. im only after about 240-250 rwkw. so i think highflow is the way to go. but still open to suggestions i want somthing just to bolt on. minimal extra mods from what i already have(below). thanks matt

fuse blew aswell nah car will go onto accessories but just wont turn over

okay found that the main power cable to the amp was dodgey.. it ended up loose and shorting everything.. lucky not to burn the car down.. turbo timer was fried at first.. the car turned off but the tt stayed on all night.. and the safc seemed to be reset.. same missfire from before the safc has resurfaced.. bout 4500-5000 revs but now its just gone to crap whenever the safc is on the car wont go.. if i plug it in when the car is on the car just turns off.. so its just running the stock ecu at he moment.. and whenever its on boost it spits real bad.. not sure if the safc is wrecked.. if i need a new one ill have to go a neo.. cant afford a stand alone yet.. anyone had similar problems.. please help.. dunno whats goin on..

if i change my injectors to larger capacity nismo ones will i need to upgrade my ecu.. does the ecu need to be able to control the injectors.. and if i throw in a hks gtrs turbo kit.. will i need to change the injectors im putting in a 040 and a reg soon will that be enough for the new turbo cheers

hey fellow 4s i was wondering if any of you could help me out.. i have a r33 4 door is the susp different to the 2 door's are the sway bars different can i just buy coilovers and sway bars for a 2 door.. and have no problem

hey guys i have a r33 4 door.. i was just wondering if 2 door suspension is different.. i wanna get some coilover suspension, not sure tein, buddy club, nismo s tune or something cheaper?? i was told you get what you pay for.. also, swaybars would they be different?? not sure if the 4 door is wider?? thanks
