What hi-flow made 345rwkw? a PU .82 hi-flow at 28psi?, so the SS2 runs out of compressor flow at 320rwkw and 20psi, but the high flows still have more in them?? Is that the case? cheers darren

They have a bad habit of just locking up , outputs stop working at same time and you have to send them back and get them updated.Eboost 1 and 2 do it. ... I am not the only one who had that problem, a mate had the same problem , and if you look around, a lot of the sport compact racers have had the same problem Its actually quite common and a lot of workshops won't use them for that reason, as i found out after mine f**ked up. Not good when its hooked up to your water injection solenoid that for sure I wound't buy a second handy of ebay, thats for sure! When it worked it did do a awesome job of boost control, funnily enough mine got stolen out of my car when some work was getting done to it, before i had a chance to get it updated, hopefully it blows the thiefs car up ..lol cheers darren

Those spoilers are not of Vl nitron's or aero's etc....., they are made for the R31, and are reasonably rare, i have one on my car and i also had a vl aero one before, and they are complety different in profile, be ALOT of work to get it on a R31 They are cool! cheers darren

Woudn't trust a eboost to switch anything on, they are a POS at the best of times cheers darren

Your problem is not boost threshold or being able to make that power as far as i can see....it's getting the fuel octane to do it....330-375rwkw on PUMP 98 for a 2.5L motor is a f**king lot!, and a lot of cylinder pressure. that or somehow increasing the VE of the motor..I am not sure you are seeing that by your posts????, .You could use water injection, thats the only real option i see in front of you without risking blowing a motor on a bad batch of petrol from your expected power, or spiking your pump fuel with methanol.. cheers darren

In all honesty man, while i don't claim to be the worlds foremost expert on RB25's, i have driven and seen plenty modified. I think you are asking a lot for a 2.5l motor really, They can only swallow so much air before you have to make them a "pig" with to big of a turbo to be any real fun. My advice is stick to 300-350rwkw E85 depending..or build a 3.0 bottom end.... cheers darren

lol..i had 460rwkw, a live rear axle and 17 inch 275 drag radials, and still looked out the side window to drive on full throttle at anything under 170-180ish km. I had to fit 26x8.5 15 inch cheater slicks(et street rags) to make it safe and drive straight. cheers darren

Arthur T3..damn you and your external gate video's..lol, i keep going back and forward between the T67 25G and the hypergear ATR43 SS2. I already have a few turbosmart gates laying around. i want 290-320rwkw thorugh a auto,(probally lose 20rwkw with standard torque converter over manual) so the kando is probally a better choice for peak power, but the hypergear can be fitted up in a day easily, and its going in the wifes stagea so i am not sure how much downtime i will have..lol But its tempting to jam a 3 inch cover T67 on a standard mani with a gate hanging of the exhuast housing I also want to be able to tow my R31 with it..lol cheers darren

You will have to try the dual port actuator out for yourself. I haven't personally used one, but my brother did on his Gt3040 turbo. Sadly in his case it didn't work and he had to use a 1.5 bar standard style actuator to get the 26psi he wanted. turbo looks interesting, be good for a auto stagea maybe cheers darren

A mate ran a heap of 11.4 at 121mph passes in his r32gtr , but that was going back 7+yrs ago. mid-pipe, exhaust, water injection, stock computer and 1.1 ish bar of boost he then put R34 stock turbos on it later and went 11.3 at 124-5mph on 1.2 bar, still with everything the same as before that was back when the fastest gtr in australia only ran high 10's cheers darren

Sorry, i have to use the trendy word hi-flowing, so next time i talk about turbos i will remember also to not state what wheels etc they have , i will just use the loose term that covers everything when car people don't actually know what they are talking about - hi-flow. How do you think they make the injector flow more btw, just curious? -

2nd gear planetary drum exploded from memory the first box i blew. And i don't think there really is a fix for that yet. Mike at mv's was going to try make a stronger one, but it was very hard to do. cheers darren -

Its not true at all, thats why. I had one before my powerglide with 370rwkw. The first thing that goes in the them is always 2nd gear (sprag clutch)??, that and the standard nissan torque converters explode with big power. Mates have had the same problem twice with them now aswell. cheers darren -

Doesn't happen on blowthrough setups, 10yrs ago i had the same setup on a ke10 before going efi, the biggest problem you have with the stupid things is carby sealing on hi-boost(16+psi), mine use to blow out carby gaskets all the time. cheers darren
