got my current blow up a31 cefiro with rb25det. complete rebuilt,arp everything, genuine gaskets etc, fmic,gt35r,std ecu and injectors. currently have oil on top of 2 pistons,can see detonation on all the other pistons. just turned the fuel pressure up, not to worried if it blows got a forged motor to go in.

ok this is how it is, running yellow jacket coils,s1 loom with s2 ecu, now to those people who swear that a s2 ecu wont run a s1 motor your wrong, i changed the afm to a series 2 aswell. now it keeps blowing the ignitor up, pulled the last 1 apart and it has blown 3 of the 6 up, could it be cause the earth came off for the ignitor?????

i got another head sitting here that i can get somework done on and allways bolt it up later, kind of interested in doing a oil drain from the head aswell while its out.mayby a decent set of springs and get some sure cams for it as well with about 9mm lift

been looking at cp alot,and want to have that little more displacment but yer depends on what the bores look like, head was serviced less then 8000km ago, thinking bout throwing some springs and a high lift cam in to get more mid range/top end. but once again depends on condition of valves etc to see how far i go there.

just starting to, got heaps of blow by and oil ontop of pistons 3 and 5,rather catch it before it gets to far along

want to pm me best price for nisstune, can get mine fitted and tuned for 600 brandnew. is the nisstune keeping the vct or is it a r32 one?

well just got a heap of detonation on my 25 and have decided to pull the motor down and rebuild it.......again, the only things im going to need to change will be pistons,headgaskeet and new bearings. i have done the n1 pump,oil pump drive gear,oil restrictors,26 rods,arp studs everywhere blah blah blah. chasing 400hp and i know a standard 25 will do it but im wanting a bit of safety so decided of forged pistons and cometic headgasket, what brand pistons are doing well in 25's at the moment and what ones to stay away from, going to be boring it out 40 thou aswell. tim

housings arnt damaged checked that, got a little bit of play in the turbo, im running a .40 restrictor in it and i have 6 bar oil pressure could i be giving it to much oil still?

nar came off a drag car, got the .63 housing on itmmmgay as took it for a spirited drive today and its blowing a tonn of smoke, whats a rebuild worth?

hi gyes. bought a 2nd hand gt35r, had a new chra in it,fitted it to my rb25 with the .40 restrictor(or what ever the size was from garrett) now it makes a ticking sound like somethings in there and blows blue smoke but not all the time,im running a n1 oil pump and oil restrictors in the head, feedback please gyes cheers tim

chasing the thread size and pitch of the water drain from turbo to block =, been told its 12x1.25 but also that its a 14x1.5, eith of thee correct i need to do my speedflow order asap

ok rb20det speedo drive fits fine in it, bought the navara drive gear and then noticed it was a heap shorter. gearbox is good, going to try to see how it goes when i start pushing it

what kind of abuse and power can those boxes take? got it all up and running seams like a good box, just got a heap of bolt ons going on the motor ready for 400hp dont want it to explode

chasing a complete a31 interior show me what you got things i wont need dash cluster front seats not to worried if you dont have a centre console, tring to find them is rare as.

what colour is the interior?

still got the interior/ im chasing a complete interior to get rid of my ugly brown trim.

well it bolts up to my rb25 so guess ille see how it goes

still one strange box thou, could it be a toyota box with the 25 bell housing?

you gyes are ausome, got told it came from a drift car over in japan, they bought it as a halfcut. so box is proberly rooted o well time to put some decent oil in it and see how long it lasts for

its def bigger then the rb20 box just need to know what it is so i can order the 1 peice tailshaft for it

but all the 25 boxes i have seen have the speedo sender near the middle of the box, if so what model is this box out of been told its a series 1 rb25 box. also what power can these take and how do you modify the speedo to work as manual cable driven? tim

looks like a rb25 gearbox? what about where the speedo goes in looks like the rb20 gearbox with that???
