i know this may seems as a bit of a noob qs but is there any harzards involved with resetting the ecu??? i recently had a faulty afm which i fixed by resoldering the three pins inside on the circuit board, i was getting stalling and hesistation problems all the time and the car chewwed fuel like no tommorow, but the car still seems to run a little rough around the 3 - 3500 rpm mark hesistating and there is a significant power drop, i was wondering whether resetting the ecu wud help it to re learn the correct air/fuel ratios now that the afm is fixed if this has anything to do with the problem??? please feel free to correct me if i am wrong as im new to this game Cheers Nick

i have the same problem but mine starts at 3000 thru to 4, all i have is an atmo bov, pod and 3'' cat back and running stock boost???

nah its a genuine hks ssqv purchased from just jap, ive seen photos of them with the adjuster but mine does not have one its just got the metal cap over the end, ahh f**k it guess i will just change back to my old sard r2d2

can anyone tell me how to adjust my ssqv it doesnt flutter at all it just sounds like a wheezing 3yr old at low revs, i cant see a bolt or screw anywhere??? cheers Nick

mine has the exact same problem, i checked it out and found a broken fitting connecting the bov to the vacuum line, so i replaced it with a new bov and started it up and left it idling for a few minutes then took it for a drive and 30 minutes later its doing the same thing again, boost is realy jerky and it feels like there is no power. chews fuel real bad too. ??? . my new bov is a hks super sqv so its not like its something cheap from supercrap
