we took pete's silvia on a trailer down to calder on the weekend for the drift nats. pete had a pretty good run. linked it up all doing well. then onto the straight. bout 140kph lost it. then smash, into the concrete wall. front of silvia is damaged. pics up by tonight. pete's A-OK. all is well. cheers, MARK

good info there mate. unfortunately (correct me if I'm wrong) soo many really fast commodores run at the drags using souped up rb motors. unfortunately the drag enthusiasts don't choose to use a r31 as their car to work up. but who cares. RB all the way. VL is one of the best commodores. only commodore that didn't have pushrods at the time. but anyway, something off the topic, go and get yourselves a copy of the 1992 Bathurst race. Godzilla all the way. Commodore and Falcon don't even get much coverage in this race hehe. If only a Nissan Skyline could satisfy your sexual needs. Who'd need a woman after that! Cheers, MARK

yeah gazillions indeed dude just not many gts's 400 of them (made of both gts1s and 2s) headlights and tailights are same as normal models. but the skirts, interior, grille and front bar are worth a bit. just have had 2 mates with gts2s knocked off recently, that's all. just making any owners wary. cheers, MARK

gday boys I was in USA last may/june 2003 only saw a handful of done up cars. and their version of done up is as daniel points out, xenonx. and some had shitty exhausts. 350z was taking off over there bigtime (infiniti I believe) going to canada for 3 weeks then back to USA for 3 weeks this July. enough hehe $751 for reco (inclusive of gst) $220 + GST to take out box and put it back in so $970 all up my synchro's are fine, but no where that I spoke will just fix my bearing. they wanna do the full thing. anyway price is not bad compared to some other places that I got quotes from. cheers, MARK
