  1. links are boring Karina. read the thread yourself, the boys were happy the way they were. i love having a mum on the forum.
  2. ah ok sweet now i know what mess up is. well you're most welcome to merge them into one, but hang on, that might make it too much for 56k users to download. rock on Karina. see you in Melbourne sometime. cheers, MARK
  3. mess up the r31 forums? explain mess up to me. find me one person who doesnt like my pics threads. then again i suppose showing pics of jap 31s is not a very good thread as compared to "i've got my new number plates"... Wasteland is for waste. glad you liked them anyway karina.

  7. Boys, it is time that the r31's have a meet (although all are welcome). Rather than just a city drive, I am proposing a bit of a run down South for a bbq so we can have a chat and get to know eachother. so here goes: WHEN: 13 DECEMBER at 8AM (for a departure of 9am) MEETING POINT: Caltex Service Station - Corner of Newbridge and Nuwarra Roads Moorebank WHERE TO: Jump on the motorway heading south and cruising to Kangaroo Valley. [/b] WHAT'S DOING: BBQ - a chance to get to know eachother, eat some good snags, and enjoy the nice drive to the venue! It's 2 hours there, have the bbq, then 2 hours back home. WHAT TO BRING: Your Skyline, some meat and drinks and whatever else you need to eat. We'll be stopping at grounds that have bqq facilities. WHY YOU SHOULD COME: Sydney has a large member base of r31 Skyline enthusiasts, and so we need to get something happening. A drive day and bbq will make for a bloody good day! All are welcome though. CONTACT: Mark on 0402 287 773. So far the attendance is: 88SILHOUETTE REDX ALAN (MATE OF OURS) ALLIANCE_22 AMPHO'S WAGGIN RICKY_B R324D and mate (from skylines australia forums) Let's make this one a ripper boys!

  16. well i went with a mate today not sure if anyone else attended from here. mate had 6 sessions around the creek in his HR31 GTS-X fantastic stuff. those porsches are in a league of their own though! about 7 gt3s. and a few classics. top stuff
  17. not much use in mocking them. it's just an article reporting to the general public. there's a lot of simple people out there who need it put simply.
  18. yeah spot on. they're not arseholes mate. but anyway, let's not dwell on it guys. just thought i'd spot the article to ya's.
  19. g'day guys. not sure if this is a repost. http://www.news.com.au/common/story_page/0...255E421,00.html cheers, MARK
  20. I really shouldn't enter into this debate as it only makes these sorta blokes more happy to see people like me pissed off. truly mate, VL's can be appreciated, but you as their drivers must acknowledge the engine underneath. the rb30 when released in 86 into the skylines was a huge step in motoring - brilliant engine. holden were bloody intelligent to buy them. unfortunately the blokes driving them forget this. and i see these blokes putting down bloody fast track times in toranas and vls (with very worked rb30s whacked in) and saying "YEAH HOLDEN!" - more like they drive a car that people think is great even though they fail to see that its a Nissan donk underneath. I've been to few track days in Sydney, and I dont see Holdens. Yeah the straight line is good, but bring your bloody Holdens out onto the track and have a go. Thats real driving. ****ing wankers
  21. g'day guys. the sydney and canberra boys will be meeting at caltex moorebank (corners of newbridge and nuwarra roads) at 9:30am Sunday morning. Anyone keen to meet us there? Cheers, MARK
  22. if this has already been posted, just lemme know and i'll delete it. cheers
  23. g'day. was fantastic to watch the two hr31's race around the creek. bloody nice cars! and yeah, that r32 killed the field. highlight of the day for me was my lift home with a certain bloke who owns a mighty powerful gts1..let's just say he's not young. anyone got an idea of who he is yet?? that thing absolutely hammers. anyway, great stuff. cheers, mark
