way to bring up a post thats a year old. i can say, when i passed pits i stuck a rock between the vacum line to my hks bov stopped making noise and worked a treat to pass pits, and i didnt notice any difference apart from gay squeekyness gone. also my mate dropped 10g's at C-RED gt3540, 6boost mani, 800cc, haltech, etc etc on his r32 rb25 and they told him not to run a bov.. tho he is running a nice big plummed back gate. .. 400awhp (has the smaller gt3540 rear housing)

^^haha nice, one of the guys who took mine for a drive started shaking and said "just dont kill yourself in this thing" .. and that was after i turned the boost down from 18psi to 10psi! as far as rb26 into ur r32, just do it n worry about it later

if ur reverse lights dont work highly likely (as u suggested) its the wiring to ur box, i can snap a pick of mine but doubt itd be too helpful to u as its an rb25 box in an r32 using a gtr cable..

yeah the ones that flow higher put towards back of the engine cyl 6-5-4 etc

that is a really bad idea. id rather they steal my car than come into my/my families bed room to stab me while looking for my keys. u can get a key ring that has a clip on it, leave ur immob seperate to ur keys, leave ur keys in the middle of the kitchen table n the immob in ur room then when they go to open ur door the alarm goes off

i think its good due to the amount of ppl takin families on long trips/hols during school holidays i see bout 10x more ppl speeding, 90% of which are 4wd's and 'work' utes

^^ yer i was reading an old hpi mag my gf bought me for 50c at an op shop last night and they were giving '10 ways to get a stockish rb25 into 11's' was kind of suprised to read they said ur best to ditch all stiff suspension (coilovers etc) and run stock struts/springs + minimum drag radials with small rims 15-16"

cops only give u a short period because ur meant to bring it to the pits without doing anything.. pretty sure to get an extension u gotta bring ur car for an inspection cant just ask for one. pits 'can' give up to 28 days (if they like u) on ur first visit and pending how much they write on ur list i wouldnt go telling pits ur planning an engine conversion.. and definatly not "hi! i've just done an engine conversion" if i were u, i'd try pass with the rb20 (if engine number is regod to the car) if u need stock parts give me a yell could prob lend u some.

i sold some poncams bout a year ago, they are the only ones u can fit without having to change lifters etc u'll prob have to buy them for 1k. u have to know if ur car is series 1 or 2 as series 1 is half moon shape n series 2 is star shape. my advice is dont bother, get cam gear instead
