so is the test still on hold currently? or is it up and running again?

majority of cars on the road dont have stock rims do they? but pits can tell u to put stock ones on to pass.. my experience: the guy at the pits said to me i need permits and then goes on to tell me there is a 2 month waiting list. meaning: if i dont put it back to stock, by the time i get permits and fix a few other things, high chance car would be un registered. not all mod's are 'illegal' per say, u just need permits and depending on which inspector u talk too, they will tell you some police officers will hand out yellow stickers wether u have permits or not. in saying that, now yellow sticker is off im looking into getting some permits - the way i see it, the engineers should be a bit happier to give me permits without a yellow sticker on my window

just bad luck mate, maybe ppl know ur car ie, pissed someone off one time on the road etc, do u have personalised plates/distingising something or other? i remember years ago we raced some indeginous after they lost they started throwing maccas wrappings etc at us in other news: "parents business to go get some free beverages" hook me up, k thanx

ahhaha i looked into this even further there is alot of contradicting information, though i did find out these products and similair products where banned in western australia by The Perth Consumer Affairs department and they advised customers to demand a refund on the product since it does not perform as claimed. companies continue to make millions of $ from these magnet prodcts over in the U.S good times

im sure they could test them if that wanted to but why would they waste their time using their new fan-dangle suspension testing equpment on my (and most other car enthusiasts) car just to say what a guy standing in a pit can: "sir, your control arms, coilovers, castor rods etc are not allowed to be adjustable, u wont get permits, take them off" i dont think i'll bother going there unless i had all stock suspension.. my 2 cents

suspension testing equipment? for stock suspension? because they wouldn't bother testing adjustable coilovers etc they'd just fail u..

depends on how much time u wanna spend between buying each.. rims would be much easier, body kit involves finding the right one, then fitting, then painting rims = buy, then put on. -while ur there chop the springs.. if its good enough for a gemini haha

hrmm, would tuning the car change things ie, if u set it to run basically off boost? i havent checked into what actually happens in the test just throwing it out there..

baha, my mates car just came back from TC classics with supossedly 9.5k damage, just saw it, 2nd hand: front bumper, bonnet, radiator -bumper n bonnet painted.. "did u say insurance? well theres at least 6k damage alone right there!"

they rev to check for atmo bov right? i got pulld up n yellowd before coz cops apparantly "heard my bov from 6cars back" as i moved about 50m from a traffic light to a cnr (i wont mention how they somehow 'safely' managed to get behind me from that far back and from that distance to the cnr) they pulled my bonnet and pointed to an air breather on my oil catch can "now that bov there is illegal" etc, no reving of my car.. i was fairly impressed with their hearing as it was raining and i cant even get boost from take off in the rain without bulk wheel spin..

highly prefer the darker blue that was chopped if u went with hyundai blue u'd have to tell ppl ur skyline is the same colour as their mums getz, or when u park next to a getz would just be geyyy speaking from experience whenever i park next to a ford with phantom purple paint ...though mine looks better
