nearly every person i talk to has something bad to say about x-speed which is why ive never gone there. ^^ this is 100% BS maybe Australia but not WESTERN australia. there are only 2 places that will even touch a Haltech ecu and that is C-RED and Cypher. edit: actually i have heard of one other place in Kenwick but it was so random and un-heard of i cant even remember the name also the last time my mate got his haltech tuned by c-red it was pinging its tits off so much he took it to cypher and the bloke at cypher, he drives it in with 400ish rwhp 25det, gt35r .63 800cc sards, 044, 6boost 50mm tial etc and the guy says the max power it can make is was either 360 or 370 on 20lbs!? haltech + WA = FAIL

ur questin is too vague, real question is how much $ u got. i cheapest bet is: $1800 na s13 weld diff 2nd hand coilovers total = 2.5k max and its licenced for street. dont do it in your R34 as it will just end up a real pig. start off with a real piece of crap and see how u go. if u wanna fork out a bit more get a turbo r32 skyline or sr20det s13 but ur looking closer to 4-6k. turbo is more power and easier sideways action, but also for a 4-6k turbo skyline/silvia i wouldnt put too much faith in it ie BOOM

veilside make some crazy stuff, but anything with gull wing/scisor doors thats not from factory looks try hard. ie a cruise i went on about 2yrs ago some guy (prob mid 30's) rocked up in a stock silver 33 gtst with scissor doors and stickers etc, honestly it didnt look toooo bad. Then this doosh (who clearly had never been to a cruise before), thought it would be cool to wear a vin diesel tank top and hire some hot chicks to pose next to him while some photographer took photos. i can still remember everyone moving their cars to get away from him like the plague ^ that pretty much sums up the type of ppl who put gull/scissor doors on skylines.

call wreckers, should cost u bout $50ech. they will ask if u want the solid orange or clear, u obviously say clear. otherwise u can buy some dodge all white indicators from the likes of ebay for bout $100 then buy orange bulbs

u need 19" tyres to pass pits? what car is it on, I know in WA you cant pass pits with rims 2 sizes up from factory ie stock 32 rims 15" u cant have 17" rims etc

pod filter no one cares as long as its not moving around.if u have a s/s intake for it they get all huffy and puffy saying you have a different turbo so if u can use the stock rubber one. turbo timer doesnt need to be disabled. coilovers are illegal if they are height adjustable because they arent height adjustable from factory. - sometimes they let ppl through tho so just wind them as high as u can and hope for the best. did u go from a non turbo to a turbo motor if so u might need engineering. if for example just rb25det-rb25det no issues i wouldnt bother filing out engine change number, pits will change it for u once u pass car sounds 99% stock, long as theres no leaks or bad bushes/ obvious problems will be fine p.s with ur metal foot pedals they have to either be literally bolted on so they cant move or have real good tred. in other news rip that shit off they are gay.
