Every now and then the under dog gets up though and judges desicion is final. To say Shane's car is extremely well built would be an understatment, but on the day I guess it wasn't what the judges were looking for the best modern coupe etc? Either way it's just a bit of a downer when you put time and effort into a show and come away with a trophy only to then see something like that written on a public forum......bad taste thats all.

Definetly understand this but there was no hatchback catagory so it had to be judged in with the coupe's.

Was a good day! Wasn't expecting the warm weather though (33 i think). Congrats to Shane and Sled for there wins, as above it would have been good if some of the competitors didn't leave early (not sure why the organisers allowed it) as the spectators didn't really get there moneys worth! Was good to recieve free yiros and also free beer..ha! Was very happy with the RCOLT winning best modern coupe aswell!!! (had to be put in that category as there wasn't one for hatches etc). Mine came on a couple times after I installed the GRID atessa controller, never found out what caused it but turned the car off for 10 seconds and when I turned it back on the warnings had gone and it was back in 4wd mode. Ryan

you can buy scan gauge and other brand devices that read and clear codes from Jaycar/Ebay etc for under $200 aswell.

Japan is definetly a place all car enthusiasts have to visit at least once! Martin definetly no's his way around aswell (also has learnt some of the language). Get on board people

yes, the main difference is the rear bottom bracket. GTR is fork, gtst is eye. Ryan

Put one into my gtst years ago, was well worth it (very hard to break). I picked up the box and short shifter for $950 and the install and other parts cost around $750, need to get the yolk modified ($150) and also need different speed cable (I think they used R32 GTR). Box bolts straight up to bell housing etc. Ryan
