Yeah, anyone can enter. It's a good event to compete in, one of the few chances you get to have a completely clean lap of Mallala!

Street class is usually all over the place, really depends who enters. I've seen a 1:18 take out the class and also a 1:29.

2001 VX Commodore wagon, have owned for a couple years and in that time have gone through and upgraded parts to make it a reliable tow car! Car is also DUEL FUEL so cheap as chips to run (costs about the same as a 4 cylinder hatch) Heavy duty tow ball (cost $550) 6 month old rotors and pads (cost $400) new rear shockers and springs (cost $400) new air bags in the rear for towing (cost $275) recently replaced thermostat and intake pipe. Tyres still have at least 75% tread! still around 9 months rego left! Car is also on GAS...cheap!! Have used this car over 15 times for towing car/trailer and she has been extremely reliable (including interstate trips). Car does have some paint fade on the bonnet and also some small dents on one side (nothing serious). $4700 ONO Ryan-0413804117

awesome day lads! Thanks to all the SAUSA guys that put in the effort to organise it. Passenger laps was a good idea! The S14 was only a second slower with the wife in the car 1:19.3, pulled a best 1:18.3 for the day (best optimal time was 1:17.77, best splits for the day combined). Definetly need some new rear tyres and a play with the wheel alignment settings though!

Was good to see some other guys out there from SAUSA. Weather was awesome, couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Ended up pulling a 52.35 but was holding back a bit around the finish line...full cage and race suit for next year I think. Shame to see the R35 in that condition but I'am sure they will be back better then ever, the driver was ok and that's the main thing!

4.3 ratio R200 mechanic LSD. 1.5 way.. or possibly even just a 4.3 ratio crown and pinion to suit R200.

yeah I'am not sure if they stole it just for the wheels or they got half way through and thought wtf are we going to do with a bright yellow trailer?? I'd say they took the ramps simply because they were easy to take....gotta love the dregs of society....

trailer has been found!! massive thanks to everyone who kept there eyes open and spammed there facebook etc. Trailer is missing the S15 wheels and also the ramps so please keep your eyes peeled for these items for sale etc.
