good thing i checked the cooler piping before ordering a new turbo!! the cooler piping just under the airbox had blown where it meets the stock piping but only to the side and not entirely off so it was still running but terribly and not boosting. i reconnected the pipping and the idoling returned to normal and the black smoke stopped after a few seconds. i took it for a drive and its boosting but ht ecar is sluggish and miss fireing. i am guessing this is because the spark plugs are in ruins after flooding the engine so much and so many times????? so i will buy a new set of them and see she returns to her boosting best

guys i was in full throttle into 3rd when i herd a massive bang and lost almost all power... when i put my foot down it chockes and will only jump a little while it goes up the vacum line on my boost gauge (which it does exeptionally fast) as soon as it hit boost it just goes no where. clearly i am thinking the turbo is blown since there is no flutter and will not show and boost on the gauge as well as heaps of smoke comming out of the exause but why wont it idle properly or drive properly or even go over 2000rpm before chocking. i thought if i blew the turbo it would drive as a non turbo would??
