  2. You guys seen how Craze is now banned in the US and there are tubs of the shit selling for $100 min on US eBay
  3. So what routine are you going to be doing and are you still going to use the gym?
  4. Increase your calories. Judging by what you've posted that would be lucky to be 1500 calories then combine that with HIIT, it's no wonder you're losing muscle size. Diet looks nutritious though so keep that up. In saying that though I don't know your body composition or needs.
  5. Might have to up me vegies I think. Just read that article, no way is his diet 17330kj
  6. How many vegetables do you guys eat excluding potatoes? I'd probably eat around maybe 300g a day, 600 if I have potatoes for dinner or whatever.
  7. It's the best thing ever owning your own equipment. No douches, blast your own music, workout whenever you want, no waiting, the list goes on.
  8. Never been a fan of that real ripped look. Regardless though, impressive physique.
  9. Looks pretty good to me. It's home use, you don't need OTT. I wouldn't worry about the weights, who cares, weight is weight. If the bar that comes with it starts bending buy a better quality one. You don't need bumper plates.
  10. Should only really do that if doing atg.
  11. Boz, now that you are losing weight and taking care of yourself, do you still have a fetish for obese women? plzrespond.
  12. Has anyone here been to a sleep clinic were they test you over night?
  13. C4 is good and it's one of the cheaper ones My spotter slacking off on the job...
  14. I've found the program really good so far. I was just asking because on the previous page you said that you prefer working sets for all reps as opposed to ramping weights that's all. My numbers still fall into your beginner category but I switched to 5x5 because I wasn't making progress on Starting Strength anymore. So on 5x5, squat 105x5 - 130x5, DL 125x5-150x5, Bench 72.5x5-85x5 in 3 months. Probably not up to PTC standards but tbh I'm quite happy with what I've achieved so far. Just going to work up to 140/100/180 and see what I do from there.
  15. Yes Bill Starr, I'm running the modified version madcow 5x5 http://stronglifts.com/madcow/5x5_Program/Linear_5x5.htm
  16. Markos what's your opinion on madcows 5x5?
  17. Oh man honey roasted cashews, so good.
  18. There's a vid of a guy drinking 24k calories of olive oil. Definitely hit fat macro for the next month
  19. I save about 10% of my calories for junk food a day but on weekends I'll just eat whatever usually because I eat out for lunch/dinners so hard to keep track of calories eaten.
  20. *A wild broscientist approaches*
  21. Girlfriend wants to try something new. Does cardio based classes but lost motivation as it's boring for her now after 2 years. She's lost a lot of weight originally and currently she eats about 1400 cals doing one of those 1 hour classes and only maintains her weight and she struggles eating so little. Goal is to gain some muscle/lose fat. Suggested lifting 3xweek and two cardio based days but unsure of routine. Was just going to get her to focus on barbell exercises and maybe get her doing some chins/dips too. Advice for routine? I have a power rack with spotter bars/bench and barbell/dumbbell weights at home.
  22. I thought you had an oly bar? If it's for a standard weight plate that isn't rubber coated I reckon you can get a little better than that but probably not too much.
  23. Ok if they are not rubber coated, if rubber coated then yes.
  24. I think a lot of people will diagree that those numbers are beginner numbers. Just like many people will diagree with your brotein every 2-3 hours comment.
