  1. When driving, my car will drop a cylinder making it sound like a wrx which I'm sure is to do with my YJ coils I bought a year ago (just changed spark plugs and it's still doing it). The problem is that it only happens randomly as it can happen within 5 minutes of driving or 30 minutes of driving which makes it inconvenient. Is there any way you can tell if the coilpack is faulty by just looking at them? Perhaps driving around at night with the coilpack cover off and seeing if it shows spark? Any ideas? Edit: If I pull over when it drops and start the car back up, it will return to normal
  2. Can do for my first set, 6 reps +15kg then I switch to chin ups for another 2 sets.
  3. Glutes, hamstrings and quads. They make your butt bigger.
  4. I'll grab BN chocolate next. I prefer paying cheaper and taste isn't a big thing for me anyway as i only have it once a day. Was just giving my thoughts for others who may not have had those flavours.
  5. Bought some BN WPI natural and vanilla. The natural flavour tastes like powdered skim milk but ok if you make smoothies with it. The vanilla has a very faint taste too it. Definitely would choose ON in the flavour department for an extra $20.

  8. Quite a low fat intake. You must eat a shit load of protein to get your 3.5k+ calories that you have if you are having hardly any fats and minimising carbs.
  9. Eat nutritious food 10-20% calorie deficit on maintenance calories lift do moderate cardio if you please sleep repeat.
  10. Anyone had the unflavoured WPI from BN? Nice and cheap but just wondering if it taste decent?

  22. Oi TTT ya flamin' mongrel. I'm stalling hard on SS, it's taking about 4-5 squat sessions to up 2.5kg. I tried what the program said and deload 10% and work my way back up but still running into the same problem... Do you think it's advisable to switch to madcows? I'm just not sure as I don't class myself an intermediate lifter (120kg squat, 150kg dl, 92.5kg bench @70kg)
