  1. yeah that was me and dont be sorry about going slow i think that the pace needed to be slowed with some of the crazy stuff going on up in front
  2. well the car is all go again i put in the new ignition after having the pins set to my key the alarm siren was replaced. so now its just a bad memory. i heard from one of the undercover officers and they told me that they got a match from the prints they took so hopefully they will get the sons of biaches! i think its time to put the ugly club lock back on just as a visual deterant because there is know way they would know that the car is imobilised but they cant miss the trusty club lock.
  3. lol i hear ya i was around the 2nd car behind that particular driver and im suprised that they survived the day! talk about taking stupid risk's they almost hit a van when they cut a blind corner
  4. by the look of it they used a strip down the driverside window into the door to get the door open when they opened the door the siren went off they then poped the bonet and ripped the wire out of the siren they didnt do mutch damage other than the siren wiring and the ignition barrel. lucky Japanese motor sport had one they could sell me. they had no idea about the imobiliser and that is what saved the car im so glad they didnt stuff up the door locks and the most anoying part is the fact that i have a new ignition but to get the old one out i had to take out two tamper proof screws, the bastards have no head or any way to get them out, i had to drill a hole and use a punch to slowley hammer the screws around till they got loose enough to move by hand
  5. i had to go to motor vehicles across the road so i parked on the out skirts of the car park i normally wouldnt park it there but i guess you learn the hard way.
  6. hey guys just thought id let you know that an attempt to steal my 33 GTR took place today. The only thing that saved it was the multipoint imobilisation on the alarm. they are getting cunning thought i left my car for no more that 45min in Teatree plazer in the middle of the day and i parked it on its own in clear view. someone witnessed it and called the cops, two undercovers came over apparently they patroll the car parks on random days (good to know) then they called in crime investigation and they dusted for prints very CSI. lock em up boys and girls and for gods sake get an alarm system there on the prowl! i was lucky all they wrecked was the ignition and the alarm siren they were good no damage to the door lock and they had the car ready to go just couldnt start it.
