I think lukits01 has pretty much got it done. Its an easy job with the right tools and a mate to help. You can see some pics of whats involved with the VSPL here

Ditto! I thought it may have been a 'User CP' setting somewhere I could adjust, but couldnt find anything? This one looks all pretty and stuff, but the previous was more user friendly.

I'm starting to get some rather extreme brake shuddering under what I'd class as medium braking. My pads still seem pretty chunky, but the front rotors arean't to smooth to touch. Is it worth getting all 4 rotors done?

Got a pair on my front, seem just as stiff as my original Sustec's. Dont remember the colour/model sorry.

Ticking sound from the around the turbo certainly sounds like a blown turbo gasket, I had similar problem a while back. If it is, its not an expensive fix. Poke your head in the pasenger side of the engine, you may be able to see the problem. Dont go flogging it, cause if its the gasket you dont want more pieces of the gasket breaking off and flowing through the various parts of your engine.

If someone cluey could do a how too install guide for the clueless... like myself that would be great?

I just noticed the other day that their is excess oil all along the rocker cover (I think thats what you call it?) on the exhaust side of the engine. Oil level is fine and hasn't moved since the last oil change 4000kms ago. Oil pressure seems fine. Performance also seems fine. On the weekend. My radiator cracked loosing all fluids, I limped home pulling over when it got too hot, so i'm wondering whether this could be related to over heating? The oil is only along this lip no where else? This has got me mega worried, It cant be good!? I definately haven't spilled any oil on the engine thats for sure, I'll go and wipe it off and see if anything seeps out over the next few days? *** Pic's Here ***
