  1. Theres something in my airbag steering wheel that sounds like its swinging around. When moved either left or right it 'clocks' around, and sounds like metal hitting metal. Its progressively gotten louder, so somethings probably coming loose. Something else that cant be a coincidence. Last weekend my horn would go off whenever I turned the wheel, I had to pull the fuse, maybe the loose part is shorting something? Anyway I'll be getting it checked next week, anyone got any ideas on what the mysterious noise would be? I hope it hasn't damaged the airbag. Steering Wheel.

  3. You cant. Only smaller sized images can, but that may not even be working yet either. Use your webspace, and link to it.

  7. I got one of these indiglo TypeX gauges for $65.
  8. I moved from Vic to Qld about 15 months ago. When I was in the market for an R33 I found that 33's in QLD where on average about 1-2k more than there counterparts in Vic. Strange huh? I thought it would be the other way around. But still, there seems to be plenty of bargains and plenty of rip offs when it comes to Skylines! Why people would ever pay more than 22k for a stock R33, I dont know? But obviously they do cause people advertise them at that price.
  9. I'm installing the kit this weekend, and am unsure whether it will be needed yet. So if I dont use it this weekend and you can wait till next week, then its yours for the price of postage

  12. Dont know if this helps, I just got a replacement water washer bottle with my Trust FMIC kit, they probably assume that your going to replace the plenum at some stage with the new kit. Anyhow its about half the size of the factory one and is actually a suzuki spare part. Let me know if you want the part number/pics of the bottle?
  13. Short shifters are simply a replacement gear stick in a shorter form. Nismo and C's make shifters that are 10-30% shorter than the factory gear stick, a shorter stick will simply give you a quicker manual gear change. Whether or not its detramental to your gear box is up in the air? I have one and love it.
  14. My mates just got into real estate, I was trying to convince him to get a 'line, but he was complaing about the 4 door thing. Soarer would be perfect for RE if it came in 4 door

  16. I've got Platinum 1.1's. Yesterday I bought a little tool which basically has bits of metal in varying width, you insert this bit of metal (e.g. .08 width) in between the end of the plug and wack it(carefully) on something till the gap is narrowed.
  17. Can you do this with your eyes closed?
  18. I've waved a couple of times, but was shot down with no response. Once bitten twice shy, I dont wave anymore
  19. Good to here its about average. Dual boost controller is set up for about 10PSI at the moment but needs a bit more adjustment. I'm attempting the FMIC install tomorrow, should open her up a bit! If all goes well I'll post some pics of the ghetto home job Mark let us know how yours go's with the new Turb's?

  23. My local workshop said to hook up the IC kit without any BOV attached, then drive it over to them to do some work on the BOV piping adapter, is it safe to drive with no BOV guys? Will it drive at all? It sounds dangerous to me. The thing is, i'm installing the IC down in Brisbane and will have to drive 100kms back to the workshop.
