Depends on what configuration you go for?
You can slit the bushes and slot them in by loosening the subframe.
Or do it the hard way and drop the hole subframe installing the bushes without sliting them.

I'm halfway through installing pineapples on my S15, trying to set up for max traction.
The rears are on, however I cannot get the gap big enough on the front to slide it in above the sub frame.
Any hints on how to open up the gap?
I haven't noticed any play.
They're certainly illegal on cars with factory airbags, I've painted mine matt black in effort to keep it looking bland.
I sleep alot better leaving the car on the street over night at the gf's place knowing its going to be pretty hard to swipe the car with no wheel.
Have had street spec's on my S15 for over a month now.
It's the first set of coilovers I've had on a car i've driven and they are pretty damn stiff.
Front: 8.7 Kg/mm
Rear: 7.2 Kg/mm
I wouldn't say they are really streetable taking all the roads I drive on into consideration.
I wasn't aware you could get varying spring rates when I purchsed em so I'm regretting not getting them slightly softer.
I'll be interested here your thoughts...
