+1 hicas lock-bar Unless it's working mint it will so minimal but work against you and make the car handle like a bucket The lock bar will also give you miles of toe adjustment so then all you need is rear camber arms and drop it and you can correct the toe and camber to remove the scrubbing out of the inside edges of the rears ;-)

Smokey he's correct aftermarket BOV on an auto increases stalling and car running shit at low speeds. Why do you think certain controls are on airflow computers for if you have a BOV installed it adjusts voltages on sudden throttle let of to decrease the chance of stalling. Of course it will give him gains over stock that's not just sound improvement. It will hold boost stronger that the stock oem Nissan jobby made for 7psi with a 10+ year old spring in it. -1 for incorrect technical advice on forums.

Which trans shop was it at? Sounds trans related to me for sure. A descent trans shop will pick up what's going on. Insist they get it flat beded to mike at mv automatics in blackwood as hes got all the necessary diag. stuff for these cars, while ur at it get him to do a shift kit ;-)

Very good point. At the moment to get it running he has got stock injectors and AFM yes, once its running they are coming out and bigger cc and z32 before its towed to tuner. Dont believe the ECU has been tested to check if it works or not.

True Should be running stock maps Ran for a second or 2 before it smashed itself? It may not even have been running as just the starter turning over would have done it. I'd change them with someones working ones just to rule them out as they are easy to get to.

Dont think you'd hear the injector cycles over the cranking of the engine and starter motor. Going to be a little prick to troubleshoot with rebuilt engine and changed of: coil packs, turbo, nisstune. Where to start?

Im thinking its fuel related as the car was cranked over for 5/10 sec bursts a number of times and when the plugs were pulled no sign of fuel?

Also your car doesnt have black XX______ plates on it does it and driving up greenhill road in Burnside yesterday mid arvo by anychance?

I dont even think I'd bother with MOB, just go to Repco, Supercheap or something like that. If your going to be only spending $50, their speakers will be better quality IMO as they have more purchasing power than a smaller trader like MOB. For sure take the stocker with you to make sure they are about the same depth, otherwise the power window glass will end up contacting the magnet/back of the speaker, NOT COOL! The stock white speaker mounts are not very accommodating for larger magnets or deeper cones and you may need to grind some out of them, its very easy though.

Be careful of magnet depth nick!
