Turns out my issue was my timing on base idle was well out... I should have chucked the light on it ages ago but its been with a mate! Dialed it in on the dyno today and shes happy again :-)

Was on dyno for a while today, just cracked 200rwkw. was hoping for a touch more. fuel pump was not keeping up and had to change that at tuners ect ect more later.

Always be careful with timing as we all would be well aware of with chef's issues, Also be careful of what you read on forums. OVERTIGHT cam belt can make whiring noise. Gates belts are also known for being a tad noisy if thats what you put on? search it if so heaps of info on the issue. Idler and tensioner pulley bearings may also be a tad noisy while they bed in.

Verry happy with my LED's from 666DAN. Just pick the colors wisely as most dash's will have some form of filter allready in place

Hi all, Been meaning to amp the speakers in the stag and ditch the stock ones in the rear for a while now but I just haven't got around to it.... Anyway time has come. Im not after anything ridiculously loud, just clear sound. Not keen for a sub as i use the wagon very often and dont want to mess about with a funky install in the floor or anything as thats time wasted on potential power gain fiddling.... Currently have a alpine head unit with plenty of RCA outs and alpine type s components or "splits" as some people call them in the front. Im going to buy a 4 channel amp and another set of components/splits, obversely 6.5". Id like to just put the new speakers in the rear as the front tweeters are custom installed onto the small triangular piece on the front doors with fabric stretched over them, saying that the Type S's are only 50w RMS and the next lot will probably be a bit higher. How would the new speakers go with the type S tweeters hooked up to them? Also I have NO idea on what RMS to get when I buy and amp and what OHM ect ect? Any help much appreciated, chris

As ive only been manual for <3,000k's ive only used one oil, that being a penrite product 75-90W fully syn, all was cool till first drive on freeway last week and ive realised at high rpm I've got a crunch into 4th. perhaps I should try redline shockproof lightweight?

Quick update: The car has been spotted numerous times today around the eastern suburbs, hallet road, glynburn road, magill road and greenhill.... If anyone spots this car if they could call the police ASAP and inform them of where and which direction ect that would be sweet. Stagea uses electronic speed sensor while 32r uses mechanical thus ur going to have to put ur electronic sender into the 32r box for it to work. It's a 2 minute job
