Hi All, Ive had this anoying sqeak for the past week or so only notice it when im going slow and theirs minimal road noise (under say 40km/h). Tonight decided to investigate it a bit more. Ive worked out that when I push down on the Passenger front guard to compress/move suspension it makes the sound. I removed the wheel and sprayed some inox on the any moving parts i could see to see if somethings just super dry or whatever and then put the wheel back on and had another push and the f**kers still their. If i was to remove the coilover and completely remove all the suspension components lube them up and re install will I loose any camber or toe/alignment settings? Any ideas? Cheers

Nigel, Stag's have thier own specific strut top mounts on the rear.

how hard are the wings to fit mike? Can i get someone to spray in and fit it myself? Yeah that would have been me unless someone else is getting around in a silver stag with gold'hearts. Purchased the wheels of adam a while ago now Didnt end up dropping it :'( One of the collars on one of the coilovers wouldnt budge no matter how hard we tried! CRY!

i did spray in in break cleaner to clean threads followed by WD and inox... still no love :'(

I have no interest in getting a rear strut brace, as I use the wagon rear so often with bikes and surf board and shit. And yes i am aware how easy it can be removed as i helped cheff_stagea install his. how much are you after for the wing mike? Its not the KR4 color is it?

Manual (RSFOUR S) stags use a FORK mount instead of an EYE mount like the auto RSfour's! Thus the coils in my car (rsfour auto) WONT work in yours as the mount is different.

Hi all, Well last week I went to adjust the hieght on the stag for the first time. The coils are Gab Wagons I purchased off a mate. They came on his car when it arrived from japan. Got all the locking rings moving easy as. Then the spring adjusters moved but with a fair amount of effort apart from one of them. The ring that holds the spring and you adjust the height/spring compression with wouldnt budge eitheir way (up or down). The ring is made of alloy and trying to move it Ill admit I did chew it up abit. I tried heating it carefully and using various things for more leverage and couldnt get it to move! I even took the spring off to see if that aided but still no love! Pedders couldnt get it to budge either. Anyone have any ideas? Im thinking I may have to cut it off and get an engineer to make me a new one .

Just got a qoute on a shift kit, looking at $450 drive in drive out. Funny you say that. Did the dump/front on a mates and he said he noticed the catback alot more. :S

Yeah a 3" front/dump pipe is fairly tempting. How much and what fuel pump do you guys recommend?

Hi All, Well its almost been a year of owning my stag. About this time last year I was hassling Mcnamg for pictures and info of his stag, via PM. I've loved owning the Stagea so much and have made many new friends and gained alot of knowledge on working on cars. First time I ever worked on a car was on the stagea and that was changing the timing belt! and doing 100k service! If your wondering. No this isn't going its time to sell ect ect! The next year will be a bit tighter with cash though as Im going to be a Uni student and not working full time. Thinking maybe a gbox service and a shift kit?

Its either a moon roof and a sunroof(2 in total) or none. BTW; Autechs never had a sun roof option Hope this helps
