  1. no dramas cheers mate. you don't know a good jap wrecker do you?
  2. Hi mate I know im bumping an old thread here but I am after a rear seat and trims, the parcel shelf and the carpet. do you have these parts left? cheers, Rowdy.
  3. how come you didn't just remove the aircon and leave the stock demister fan etc? I removed my aircon- everything under the hood, and the core from the aircon box under the dash- but kept the fan setup. so basically in the cabin everything stays the same bar the removed aircon heat exchanger. also I think it may be beneficial to have some cool air blowing on you while you are racing in summer.
  4. If you don't get it, you don't get it. A grown man can eat a chicken sandwich and drive an RB20, whether it be because he is self loathing or just has a 2000cc 6cyl fetish. Rb20 power!
  5. dude... where are you located, what are your contact details.
  6. Wont be making the trip this year to cheer you on/crowd your pit area due to the new job, so good luck!
  7. well after moving to perth and towing my R32 gtst behind my 2002 holden rodeo with 3.2 V6 manual petrol, i can catagoricaly state that it is not a great tow vehicle. it got 300k's to a tank, and with a strong headwind at one point about 250k's. it worked out to almost 20L/100kms. Probably not to bad for towing to the local racetrack, but shithouse over long distance. technicaly it is overweight by a couple of hundred kilo, as the rodeo is only rated to 1800 kg's. Its a great car in a lot of other ways, and im not going to get rid of it, but i wont be towing the 'line very far purely because it costs too much.
  8. come on guys, this shizz is too good to throw down the tip. make some offers. even if you dont want this stuff, buy it to save on landfill.
  9. G'day guys and girls, I have a few pieces that ive picked up here and there that must go. i am moving house so im having a bit of a clean out. 1. I have for sale a whole air con system, including pump, condensor and heat exchanger plus all lines. all in good nick, just been sitting around for maybe a year. dont know what theyre worth, or why you would want aircon. call it $50 2. old alternator. was starting to get a bit low on volts so i replaced it. dont know why youd want it or why i have kept it. $10 3. Passenger seat from r32gtst. good condition, no rips or tears. $25 4. fibreglass GTR wing. i got this with the car, the bloke before me had knocked off his old wing backing into a boat prop, and never got around to fitting this one. at the moment it looks like its primed black and in good condition. $50 items located in crib point victoria. gimme a call on 0423 487 159 Cheers, Rowdy.
  10. looks cool mate. so your device would modify the pulse width a certain amount over the stock pulse width? i.e. your device doesnt simply control pulse width based on the airflow, it would still be taking into account teperatures, load, etc. because its base line is coming from the computers pulse width?
  11. well if mohsen wants the drivers, i want the passengers... depending how bad the bolt hole problem is
  12. haha true. There was a generic bok choi T3-4 hybrid shitheap bastard of a turbo on my rb20 when i bought it. it lasted about 10,000K all up (including the time spent in the car before i bought it) before the oil seal let go. It was crap. my 2c. Rowdy.
  13. pics of the car front on show just how big that wing really is g/l this weekend!
  14. out of interest, what size rear sway bars are you guys using?
