  1. Nissan Skyline GTR 1990 Silver Engine has done 16000km $24000 ono Ph: 0417 069 478 I bought this car with the intention of keeping it for a long time hence all of the work that has been done to it but I am now moving overseas so I have to sell it. All of the modifications have been made with quality taking priority over cost. The engine was built and tuned by a workshop with a proven history in race car preparation and the suspension and brake modifications produce a quick, brilliant handling car that is liveable for every day driving. The car is currently making 290rwkw on 14psi, it can handle a lot more boost and hence make a lot more power with the forged internals but a boost controller would be needed to make more boost which I have not yet fitted as it makes plenty of power in its current tune. Most of the parts listed were fitted to the car new in the last 18 months. The ECU has a lot more functionality than I am using including anti-lag, traction control, launch control, etc without a need for any more sensors or anything that it hasn't already got. I have done one track day in the car but it has never been on the drag strip. 6. I'm in need of an RB26 crank in good nic asap. Prefer Canberra/Sydney area. Can pickup. pm me or call me on 0417 069 478. Cheers
  7. I'm in canberra so pick up wouldn't be too much of a hassle, how much do you want for it man?
  8. Cheers man but I think he's sold it. Would have been a perfect one for me though.
  9. Need to buy a new box as mine is on the way out, don't mind if I have to do some work to it, just can't have mine off the road while i'm rebuilding.
  10. Are they 3" dumps pipes or 2.5? That is, do they have a 3" outlet or are they 2.5" outlet to fit the engine pipes that you are selling?? Any pics?

Cheers but I'm in Canberra so I was hoping to find some in the Canberra/Sydney region as postage from perth would prob cost more than the springs are actually worth.

I'm after a set of standard R32 GTR springs for rego? Anyone?
  13. My '90 model r32 gtr cuts out in long right handers (at speed only) so I pulled the pick up out and the filter/fuel pickup sits in a plastic recess that looks like it should have some kind of cover on to stop the fuel from rushing away from it but mine doesn't. Does anyone know if there should be a cover there or have any more info on this.??? Any info would be appreciated Cheers
  14. The R32s did have a different oil cap but thats not to say that someone just put a 33 one on there, you may be able to tell by the engine numbers, just need to research what the first of the R33 engine numbers are. Nice fuel rail tho
  15. Yeah I have heard about this too, I just bought a '90 model R32 GTR and I can't find any difference between it and my old '94 model. If anyone has more info on the differences or where I can find info on it that'd be much appreciated Cheers
  16. BigCarl you make some very worthwhile comments, I am also interested in this vehicle although it does seem like there is more to the engine problems than just the sump and oil pump whether Dan knows about them or not, having not had the car running I would assume he does not. And Dan i'm sorry that we are not asking questions but your thread is the logical place to get info from other skyline owners/enthusiasts about what the potential buyer might be up for when purchasing your car. I think if you want your money back for the car you should get a written mechanics report from a reputable skyline workshop because anyone buying this is taking quite a risk and therefore is reluctant to part with their hard earned when they could be up for a big bill before even getting behind the wheel. That said, i'm considering coming to have a look at it with some equip to check the engine out and have a good look at it. I'll pm you when I can work out a day to get time off work and we can arrange it. Cheers mate
  17. Can you tell us a bit more about the car? Any mods? Any accident history? Some better photos of the scratch in the bonnet and the sump where its cracked? How long have you had the car? Any other problems you have had/fixed prior to this one? Was it last registered in your name? Where are you located? Cheers mate
