I bought a full-faced helmet, brand new for $100 from a motorcycle shop. It'll certainly suffice for a drag helmet.

OMP has just done this upgrade though hasn't got a final tune yet. Might be worth shooting him a PM.

NENGUN Performance - Need to Contact.
neil_se replied to GZ R33's topic in General Automotive Discussion
A few people over at NS are having problems with disappearing Nengun parts as well http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...showtopic=63467 -
I don't actually have a 220rwkw dyno sheet, that's just an estimate based on past tunes at PITS and other people's power there. My boost was down 1.5psi from the last time i had it dynoed as well. However i have run 114.6mph which is well above what 191kw could run.

A mate of someone i work with bought it, such a nice car

Many, many thanks to Melv for donating the pump back to the club and for giving us the pleasure of watching your car run  Thanks to the other SAU members who came as well. Here's the results i can remember: Hardcore r33: 421kw Melv: 307kw H8LOSN supra: 295kw Stund: 210kw Stuart (sr20det, hks2530, 1.3bar) 192.8kw Me (rb20det, hks2530, 1bar) 190.8kw Josh (sr20det, Garrett GT2871Rr ) 190.7kw Clint S15: 165kw Jaqule: 164kw? Beanie: 143kw Mase: 141kw Thunderbolt: 135kw Chris: 133kw Ryan: 120kw Emil: 112kw H22A Accord: 100kw

48, holy crap! i did 27 in 1 day (5 hours) which was the 2nd most ever at Willowbank in a day. 48 is just crazy. Nice time for that mph.
-
It kicks off at 9am, so it'd be good if people could get there at 8:30. If you can't make it that early it should be alright, you just won't get on the dyno til a bit later. I hope to see some skylines trying to beat the mighty s13's (albeit a skyline-powered s13 )
-
Yeah, pretty much. No matter how much we cranked up the fuel on the SAFC we couldn't get the AFR under 12.5 above 7000rpm. I'm just waiting on a Nismo adjustable fuel reg to bump the pressure up a bit and might knock some timing out if we have to to run about 18psi.
-
If i keep my car i'd like to do a flat 12 with stock injectors, AFM, management and street tyres. I've run 114mph so far with 15.5psi boost so hopefully 116-117 with 18-19psi.
-
I'm making around 220rwkw with stock injectors at stock fuel pressure.
-
To get 200rwkw i used the same as bbenny suggested: HKS 2530 SAFC I GTR fuel pump Trust FMIC full 3" exhaust 12-13psi boost Doesn't cost a whole lot and you can make about 220rwkw with the same components and some more boost.
-
My ecu didn't produce an rpm signal until i'd replaced my s13 tacho mechanism with the r32 mechanism. I still had my SAFC installed before then though, can't remember if i'd had it tuned before i fixed the tacho.

It's come the time to sell the pride and joy, genuine reasons for sale. Car built as a racer, not a ricer Extremely fast daily driver. Nearly all mods have been performed by myself this year. Has run [email protected] (best mph of 114.6 and 60' of 1.999 are good for low 12 pass) @15.5psi boost. Making around 300rwhp (220rwkw) @15.5psi boost. Engine: RB20DET from 1993 r32 gtst with 69000km HKS GT2530 turbo GREDDY fmic with custom 3" piping APEXI dual chamber BOV 3" dump and front pipe MAGNAFLOW 3"cat APEXI N1 3" catback exhaust R32 gtst radiator SPAC pressure release radiator cap Twin Davies Craig thermo fans with temperature control switch K&N M's pod filter R32 gtr fuel pump Aluminium catch can (not fitted) most lines and brackets replaced during conversion oil and filter replaced under 2000km ago with Motul 8100 Driveline & brakes: RB20DET gearbox with Castrol Syntrans oil replaced 2000km ago Diff oil replaced with Penrite Limslip 2000km ago New polyurethane gearbox mount Custom Direct Clutch 5 puk clutch (2000km old) TRUST lightened flywheel (2000km old) R33 GTS front brakes KING SPRINGS superlow springs Polyurethane subframe bushes ('pineapples') set to 'grip' Electronics APEXI SAFCI HKS FCD GREDDY Profec B boost controller PIVOT turbo timer Speed cut removed Alarm and central locking EXIDE Evolution battery Interior BRIDE Brix driver's seat TANABE rear strut brace (TANABE front also included but not fitted) Sunroof MOMO steering wheel MOMO pedals RAZO gear knob BLITZ boost gauge SONY headunit ALPINE DDDrive 6" front speakers 4x6" rear speakers PIONEER 12" sub in custom box (not fitted) Exterior Black M-spec kit with front lower lip Rear wing removed Drift style vented bonnet VOLK GT-U 16" rims ADVAN 205/55/16 front tyres with 80% tread FALKEN FK451 245/45/16 rear tyres (90+% tread, paid $530 2 months ago) Can also include 2 x WORK rims, 2 x SR20 rims, 2 x 260z rims (all with tyres) plus 4 more spare 16" tyres A Nismo adjustable fuel pressure regulator is currently on its way from Japan and i had planned to retune the car running 18-19psi. This should see the power easily surpassing 300rwhp and giving the car 116-117mph and flat 12/high 11 1/4 mile potential in full street trim putting it on the HPI Top 10 list. Car currently has a few blemishes such as the speedo not working and some light dents in the front quarters which is why its on offer cheap. If no one has bought soon then they will be fixed and the price will increase accordingly. Another 6 months rego is being put on this week but plates are not transferrable (like anyone would want plates with my name on it ) Can throw in some spares like an R32 gtst drivers seat, Xtreme 9-puk clutch and standard flywheel, stock radiator, intercooler and other spares if people want them. Price is firm at $16500. Located on the Gold Coast but will be in Sydney Nov 20-Dec 18. PM me or email [email protected] More pics coming soon.

I've been searching for the last half hour and can't find any info to help me. Will this also fit an rb20det? -
What hubs for s13/r32 brake conversion?
neil_se replied to s13n1's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
No, you can't use any of the r32 hub components. Your options are to either use the s14 gear (hard to find and expensive), use 4 to 5 stud bolt on spacers, or get some custom hubs such as the ones available from http://www.option1garage.com.au under 'drift bits'. -
You're doing better than me, best mph of 114.6 but best time of 13.077 (@113.36mph, 1.999 60ft).

Many, many R32 parts for sale
neil_se replied to neil_se's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
No sorry, its gone (and the right rear wasn't in the best condition anyway). -
Depending on mods, i'd go BCPR6ES or BCPR7ES if you've got more done. Both 0.8mm gap.
