I'm after a 2nd hand twin plate clutch (OS Giken, HKS, NISMO) for an rb20det. Prefer it as a kit with flywheel. Also after an aftermarket dump and front pipe for rb20det. Something like a HKS dual dump and i'll get a front pipe made up. I'm located on the Gold Coast and would prefer them in the next week or two (esp clutch). cheers Neil

the 2530 will be a lot easier to get hold of than the 2535. maybe you're thinking of the 2835 which would get you 240-250rwkw at a guess but more lag too.

a hks gt2530 would be perfect for that power level.

yep i've got the lower control arm. it's still attached to the strut assembly so i'm not sure how much it'll weigh or postage will be. i'm on here a lot so just PM me. Neil

thanks for the replies. i'll definately get some high temp hose from somewhere tomorrow although it'll be a bit trickier to put on now the engine is in the car. ah well, better safe than sorry.

Thanks for the help guys. The rubber hoses will carry water, not oil (that's what the braided hose and bottom return line are). I wasn't worried about the heat of the liquid travelling through the hose because at the other end of the closest hose in the top picture there is a rubber hose from factory. I was just worried about heat from the manifold and turbo, but as someone said, there are other rubber and plastic hoses that travel just as close. edit: oh and that very bottom hose is the same as the stock return pipe so i assumed the rubber section in that would be alright.

We put on my "bolt-on" hks2530 turbo and, well, the stock lines don't match up. Because we would have needed a fitting for the closest water line and a T-piece for the one around the back we just cut the metal lines and attached some 5/16" fuel hose which fitted nice and tight. The braided oil line was just looped back around to the block as well. We think these should be alright but thought it might be wise to double check with people in the know so i don't stuff up my new turbo

if you're down on the coast this weekend you're welcome to have a look at mine although we'll probably be dropping the engine in the car tomorrow arvo or sun morn.

before this guy confuses any serious buyers, there is only 1 type of 2530. the ones for sale here are not ones designed for the smaller displacement of the rb26 twin turbo setup, but exactly the same turbo you would put on your rb20, or in this case an sr20 because of the flange. anyone care to correct me, or if i'm wrong will a mod please delete this post.

very similar to my pump which i think is a r32 gtr pump, except instead of 8Y09, mine has 3215.

you're dreaming if you think you can get an sr20det silvia for 6-7k. up here r32's and r33's are more like the hairdresser's cars and a lot of the s13's have some serious hardware in them. trust me, you'll have an absolute blast in either a silvia or r32. stuff what other people think, you'll have such a rush every day either way. i wouldn't recommend a loan while at uni either, you certainly won't have enough money left over for much modding.

complete dash is sold sorry. not sure about the coilovers. one of them had a knob with numbers 1-6 on top when i bought it but lost it taking the car apart. i assume that is damper adjust but i won't give any guarantees. as for height adjust i'm not sure.

I didn't have too much trouble with out of home, uni, not much work and no loan. I make enough to maintain my car and the holidays allow me to mod it. And i don't know many people with imports who actually pay the rediculous insurance rates at my age.
