  1. I ordered some Greddy Type S coilovers today from Autobarn with the bonus remote damper adjuster
  2. I've heard that Mercury Motorsports does very good prices on Federals?
  3. How exactly is the grunt the problem? Are you sure its not just crap drivers and poorly set up cars?
  4. I don't spose you got any pics of the engine bay with just the crossmember in, or have any pics of under the crossmember with engine fitted?
  5. I had exactly the same experience as above.
  6. 1 or 1.5way, my 2 way locks up too readily under deceleration.
  7. Fire extinguisher isn't required for QR Sprints, but its still recommended.
  8. I had 245/45/17 tyres all round but different brands front to rear and that was enough to upset the system. I could feel it sort of lurching or surging when driving on the highway.
  9. Half days. See http://www.queenslandraceway.com.au for dates and details. I did my first sprint day 5 months ago and i'm hooked.
  10. For QR sprints: Cotton long sleeved long clothing Shoes Helmet Buy the licence on the day.
  11. Will is doing not so good
  12. I'd love to do something similar to this. Did you have to notch the crossmember like they do on S13 LS1 conversions?
  13. As above, already sold. Only have the R32/S14/S15/Z32 rotors left now.
  14. Same story. For street use aim for 4/3 to 6/4
  15. I'd stick with 45 profile for anything under 235 width or it'll look like the wheel/tyre is very undersized and doesn't fill the guard properly. My current set of rims came with 215/40/17 tyres and they looked tiny compared with when i swapped them for 215/45/17.
  16. What width wheel?
  17. DBA catalogue states 68mm.
  18. How about using a simple clinometer for camber measurement? Autospeed states the ones picture cost $15 from a marine store, you could bolt it to a length along the side and just rest it against your wheel (maybe with a right angle at the bottom to sit it on the ground).
  19. Guard, gauge, rims and tyres sold. Just the seat rail left.
  20. Rotors on hold pending payment. Firestones sold. I just had a closer look at the Federals and they're right on the indicators on 1 side so i'll take $15 each, still decent tread across the middle for drift tyres.
  21. Maybe 15mm minimum rear for clearance. They're pretty skinny rims for an R32, 17x8 and 17x9 would be much more suited.
  22. You'd need about 10mm to get enough clearance, but about 30mm for the wheels to sit alright in the guards.
  23. No sorry, i need them for another set of rims if they don't go with these ones. Rotors on hold pending payment. Firestones sold. I just had a closer look at the Federals and they're right on the indicators on 1 side so i'll take $15 each, still decent tread across the middle for drift tyres.
  24. Prices dropped, need to sell before i move this Sat.
  25. More price drops, want to sell before i move this Sat! Stagea rims look much better than stock R33 rims and are wider too!
