  1. List updated with prices dropped!
  2. I reckon they'd look sweet. Probably need a roll on the front and flare on the rear.
  3. Lucas 0-600 pads, $135 for front and rear. Good and cheap
  4. Can you explain what you mean? Most GTR rims are +15 to +22 so these will have an extra 10 to 17mm clearance to the strut?
  5. Hehe, i'm just being honest. It looks like a 260z dash  Didn't have any vents or anything (and i cracked most of mine swapping it over ). Dash, intercooler and semi-slicks gone. May consider offers on other items.
  6. Dash taken, semi-slicks and FMIC on hold. Also have: s13/14/15 drivers rail $140 Wysteria brand rail to suit bottom mount seat. Has adaptor plate, should suit all Bride/Recaro/Sparco seats. Goodyear tyres $30 each 4x 245/45/17 Goodyear Revspecs (top of the line, was quoted $400+ each) that came with my GTR from Japan. All have some camber wear but decent tread across most of the face. 9. I did a 63.75, 4 seconds off my previous best. I've still got a few changes to do for the next day so hopefully i can get into 62 or 61s as i learn the car and track better.
  10. I didn't see them out there
  11. Awesome, i'll be out for sprints in the arvo so i'll make sure i get there nice and early to see your runs
  12. Offsets are in millimetres, you really think you'll notice 2mm difference? I'd go for the +30.
  13. Yes, John ran three 54.X second laps in a row, and he still hasn't put his good slicks on yet!
  14. I sold a good manual Micra earlier in the year for $2800, it'd cost you more than that in shipping and tax.
  15. 7.5" ewww. Should have gone 8.5 all round or 8.5 front and 9.5 rear.
  16. Here's my track car, it doesn't compare to a lot of the ones posted but i made the decision to buy it instead of an Evo 7 because i'm not worried about crashing it and repairs aren't quite as painful as my old GTR. Unfortunately i warped the head in April due to a blocked radiator but i'm finally back now. Mods are: -SR20DET Manual: bottom end rebuilt 20k ago, fresh head rebuild -SR20de Inlet Cam -Modified combustion chamber -Port matched inlet -S15 Turbo w/ 360 degree thrust washer (handles high boost) -S15 Injectors, RB20AFM -S15 ECU w/ BikiRom USB Multiboard -40mm aluminium radiator -Cheapy FMIC -Custom 3" exhaust -Nismo 2way mechanical Differential -5 stud conversion (s14 front, R32 rear) -R32 GTST brakes all round -Braided brake lines -RDA Slotted rotors with Lucas Pads -S15 rear subframe -Adjustable Rear Upper arms -Tein HR Coilovers Front/Rear -Tein Caster Rods front -Tein Tie Rods and Rod Ends -No rear swaybar -Braided clutch line -Alloy steering shaft spacer -Sparco PRO 2000 Bucket seat -Volk 16x7.5" rims -Dunlop DO1J 225/50/16 Tyres (not fitted in pics) -Sunroof sealed for headroom -Crap paint, shithouse interior, character dents Tuned the other day making 180rwkw@15psi. I'd like to bump up boost a bit to get closer to 200rwkw. I've only driven it a few times in the past few months so i've still got a lot of learning to do. I want to use it mainly for sprints and maybe a few hillclimbs.
  17. Queensland Raceway has a series called TopGear where you can race pretty much anything, but its not something you'd jump into without experience. Saturday and Wednesday arvo sprints are popular, you can race anything that's safe and you're only racing against the clock in groups of people with similar experience. Cost is about $90 plus $55 for a yearly AASA licence.
  18. They're 2 completely different cars mate. If you want a neat, comfortable family/business car then get the Euro. If you like mountain runs, drag, circuit, speed then get the R33 GTR. My dad has a nice Euro Luxury that's been serving him well for a few years but i'd still take the R33.
  19. I wouldn't go any wider than 235 on a 7" rim.
  20. If you wanted to buy a car just to sound good then buy a cheap aussie V8 with a big exhaust. Personally i buy cars to perform, not for the sound.
  21. How do we know what parts you have?
  22. The pictures aren't working for me, can you please reattach or email pics of the wheels to me at [email protected]
  23. Looks like a fun little track. Well done on the result.
  24. It must have been brought over as a race/rally car therefore can NEVER be complied.
