As soon as the car was complied it was taken to Mercury Motorsports for a 2000.00 service which included all hoses, belts, fluids and more. The car had a compression test which resulted in 150 on all 6 cyl. I have the recepits for all the import process, compliance, service, compression test etc. The car drives great, runs great and is in overall excellent condition. Also has tyres that have done only 4000kms. No scratches or dents anywhere. I drive the car like a grandmother! The car even had the stock boost restrictor still in when i imported! Since purchasing the car I have done roughly 7000km's. Serviced again at 5000kms. This is a weekend driver only. Reson for selling so i can travel. Price is 21k neg. This is a quality GTR.   5. yeah full exhaust and pods.. guage isn't reading 1 bar though. Thanks for the info ill just d/c the pcm valve and hook the boost controler up and see how i go! cheers
  6. Hi guys want to instal a bleed valve on my 32 gtr. Car has no restrictor and runs 0.8 bar with the standard pcm valve (boost solonoid) controling boost. Can i simply replace the pcm valve with the boost T? PCM valve has 2 hoses coming off it. OR should i instal the bleed valve on one of the hoses coming off the pcm valve or some where else? thanks!

  8. Hey guys just recently i noticed that 70% of the time when i turn the electrics on ill hear and feel a bit of a knock. I dont know what happens exactly when the electrics are turned on. Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem or any ideas? Doesn't matter if awd is engaged or not it still makes the knock noise/feel. The car behaves normally in every other way.   10. i have a mint r32 gtr which i brought over from japan and got a 2000 dollar service done by mercury motosports in brisbane. Body, mechanics, interior are all perfect. Not 1 dent. had a compression test and leakdown test with exactly the same on all 6 cyl. I wouldn't sell mine for less than 22k. Sure you can get them for 17k but parts are not cheap.
  11. 2nd gear pulls alot harder in rwd mode than awd in my r32 gtr. Feels like an extra 2psi. Cheers! oh yeah its only noticable in 1st and 2nd gear.. when boosting in 3rd gear it obviously doesn't put much to the front wheels while in awd.. there for making very very little diff.
  12. ok so i found the stock boost solonoid. it has 3 lines i think running off it. Should i plumb it into the line with the stock boost restricter? line with yellow ring around it? Thanks

  14. Hey i'm going to attempt to instal my bleed valve today but am unsure of exactly where to connect it. I read that autospeed article but it seems i don't have the standard boost solonoid.. wel its not where the one in the pic is anyway. Which line is best? And where abouts is it? any pics would be GREAT! thanks alot
