well, once you get your license, you can drive however you want, no one can stop you, except cops but before you get your license....you should be into the habbit of driving the "proper" way, with consistant head checks and all that crap

I just got mine done today at Tint-a-car 35% (Midnight Express) for $250 (since its a coupe), it doesn't look dark at all from the inside, but from the outside, it looks pretty dark, depending on which angle your looking at it.

There shouldn't be any risks if you choose the right company to import the car for you. -
All the time. But I rarely washes my windscreen with it. So maybe the bottle is still full or something, I'll have to go check.
