  1. Material might cost me $60-80 for front bar? But it'd be a bitch to wrap and I'd rather not haha. Done and done, is it better to get 2 pac in a tin or acrylic in a can? I'll definitely be happy if you can make my car look any better than what it is now Oh and I'll be more than happy to wrap stuff for you in return or just give you some monies Sunday sound good? I finish work at 11am. Oh and should I start preparing the sideskirts? And how should I go about them? So noob at this
  2. Damn it, wish you made it 2 years ago lol, I paid my mechanic $80 to replace it 2 years ago.....
  3. It wasn't about just "replacing" it lol. I had a friend that needed to transfer his lighter from auto surround to manual surround, that's why I posted up the DIY Also, it's good for people that might need to change the light bulb
  4. ^ Battery light could also mean that your horn fuse is out/blown lol
  5. Also, buying rims like mine (size wise), will mean that you will need to roll your guards
  6. But like, on the dish, it isn't spots, the whole chrome dash part is murky... Not sure if I should sand it?...
  7. I had my bonnet wrapped for a month, but it really wasn't my thing I like my car all one colour lol. But my alternative would be, pay Vu $600-700 to paint my front bar, sideskirts and this bonnet lip to cover up the bonnet damage lol
  8. Yeah... Panels are worth $300 ea now... Of coz, I know that That's why I only want a touch up job, coz with my luck, the chance of me getting my car fixed professionally then someone will just do a hit and run on me is pretty high lol Therefore, I only wanna hide it for now, enough so I would want to sell clean/polish/wax my car (it's been over a year since I polished it....) until someone can pay for the repairs
  9. Price drop on bonnet - $950! Haha thanks man For now, I'd rather sell the bonnet and chuck in a NIStune Yeah, will keep you updated.
  10. Trust you to say that...
  11. I have 18x8+35 front, 18x9+35 rear Just had a quick research, it seems like you can pick up a set for less than $1500.
  12. Hey guys, I've lost a front pair of Buddy Club P1 racing II plus centre caps on the mountains and am just wondering where can I buy a brand new set from? Cheers
  13. Oh haha xD Yeah I sold my board, because I got the board as a payment for a job that I did for someone, and I think Chequered wanted $50 to install and $650 for a tune, so it woulda cost me $700. Where as, when I sold the board for $250, I only need to add $600 on top for a drive in drive out deal at Chequered for $850
  14. I'm not too sure as they came with the car.. But I found some pricings for it? http://www.buddyclub.com.au/2007/p1r_2plus/p1r.html
  15. Oh yeah, no doubt, Chasers, Dr Drift & Chequered Tuning are all reputatable, so any one of those should be just fine. And yeah, let me know your results, coz I wanna get mine done too
  16. Prices are almost all similar anywhere you go... It's just that who will tune your car better..
  17. The thing is... I got quoted, $300 for front bar, $300 for bonnet, then I want to fit new sideskirts $300. That's $900... Which is half way to a full respray... and I just can't justify spending so much money on my car lol, because I know with my luck, once I get it all fixed, someone will just back into me =.= EDIT: Or should I just wait until someone runs into me? lol
  18. Hey guys, I've noticed this ages ago, but on the passenger sides of my Buddy Club P1's dish, it seems like it has like a murky layer of something on it that makes it not chrome looking, where as on the driver's side, it's shiny chrome, can anyone tell me what it might be and how I might be able to make it all shiny and chrome looking again? Cheers!
  19. Heeeey How is my front bar gone.... I don't see it lol Only need just a little bog and some sanding? No?
  20. Here's a pic of my Buddy Clubs P1 Racing
  21. I'd say it's similar to headlights?... So clean all the dust and crap off it, then use some cut and polish?
  22. Hey guys, I've had a couple of incidents with my car and I was just wondering if anyone on here would be able to help me out with touching up my car.. There are 3 bits that needs sanding and painting, and to be honest, I don't really wanna spend $600 on a respray for bonnet and bumper... I just need someone to help me touch it up, I don't expect a touch-up job that would turn out to look like Daniel's R34 Nur, I mean... Anything would make it look better than what it is now... I hope.. I'm willing to pay for the paints and labour, so if anyone here has experience or is a spray painter and would wanna do a backyard cash job, please let me know. And PLEASE DO NOT refer me to DT panels or Micolour lol, or tell me that touching up will look crap and colour won't match, I just want a cheap touch-up job that looks okay... Cheers
  23. I'm gonna get one for my car too and last time I called Chequered Tuning was $850 drive in drive out. Will definitely be goingn there, they are in Dandenong.
  24. Sorry if this has been covered before, but are you able to have multiple tunes (eg: economical tune & performance tune) with NIStune and be able to swap tunes with a computer? EDIT: nvm, I found my answers, cheers
  25. Why don't you put your driver's seat in your brother's car, then take out your worn passenger and put this pair into your car?
