  1. Man... The DIY paint job looks awesome lol, you have inspired me to paint my sideskirts
  2. I think someone made a DIY thread for respraying interior bits using a colour that looks similar to the GTR one. It's somewhere on here
  3. Hey guys, I'm just wondering if there are places out there that matches paint on your car then mixes it for you then puts it into a spray can for you? Because I might want to spray my own sideskirts lol Thanks!
  4. The surrounds you are talking about are brushed aluminium?... It isn't just a plain colour?...
  5. Oh wow... Nice work... It looks like it fitted WAY better than my fibreglass one Might consider getting one from them lol. Can you please take some pics of joints? Wanna see how light it hugs the bar @sonnyQ - That lip is originally a factory option lip
  6. So f*cked...
  7. I'm guessing he meant the gear surround?
  8. They look exactly the same because they used photos of real Nismo ones? lol I've never seen a set in person from carmate, so I can't tell you Maybe get it and post some pics up haha
  9. 55w is going to be a lot hotter and brighter than your 35w, so there's chances that you might melt something in your headlight if you go too hot But generally speaking, from normal driving, you wouldn't need anything more than 35w, it will be bright enough for the roads.
  10. I'm on the forums too much haha. But I wouldn't get a fibreglass one... They fit pretty badly.. I know, coz mine is fibreglass.. I sold a genuine one awhile ago.
  11. Hey guys, To those who joined SAU Vic between May and June and would like to have a pic or two of their ride/s in the SAU Vic newsletter, please post up pics here or PM me Cheers
  12. The ones from Carmate is "Nismo style", mine is genuine Nismo Got mine for $100 posted, 2nd hand (bargin ). But I know brand new from rhdjapan is like $500-600. Those pics on their website are actual Nismo wing stays. And the reason why it doesn't look higher is because they used the mounting panel on the bottom, where as I didn't use mine, which I think looks better, it's also because I cbf painting it lol.
  13. Your attachment didn't work for me. But from your first post and that link to ebay, that spoiler stand will only work with a GTR spoiler... And since your's is a GT/GTT spoiler, it's not gonna work... Don't know why it would say GTT lol. Because the base of your spoiler, where the 2 screws goes, isn't levelled. Maybe you can consider a set of Nismo Wing Stays, which rises the spoiler by maybe 40-50%? Here's a pic of it on my car:
  14. I guess if there's interest, I could make a round 2
  15. You can't remove themmm! Or else I won't be able to spot you lol
  16. Although my car isn't "beat up", but a yellow car can certainly stand out in crowds *hint hint*
  17. Do you have a GTR spoiler on your NA R34?
  18. Haha cheers I used 3M double sided tape, the red stuff. It will definitely get the job done
  19. +1 I've went to Clark Rubber before and they didn't have anything similar. They do have a U shape rubber but it's a lot shorter..
  20. Haven't had a problem at all. And FYI, I used doubled sided type to stick my weathershields onto my car and it's been almost 6 months, it's still on the car.. So the wind hasn't pulled that off
