TBH, I don't think it'd hurt to start looking at them now, because it might take 4 weeks or it might take 4 months to find something you want, so be patient and start looking now and like others have said, if you find something that is 100% right for you, then buy it. You don't want to wait until the last 2 weeks then rush into buying one just because you are getting off your P's in 2 weeks.

I think they are meant to put their L's up, as they are "learning" to drive manual. And I think because they are learning, they can drive whatever they want lols

First of all.... White manual R34 sedan aren't rare at all lol, just gotta look harder, there's even amount of GTT and GT sedans out there, but there might be more semi auto than manual, but again, look harder As for manual conversion, it's not worth it, just be patient and find a manual, as conversion will cost you 3-4k and resale value = nothing better than semi auto.

That's absolutely awesome, I was thinking to do that to mine lol. How big does the vinyl come in? How much did it cost you? Is it easy to work with (compare to the DI NOC)? Did you have to take the panels off?
