Where To Run Boost Line For Gauge Into Cabin?

the kickpanel trim is only held on by some clips so just pry it off carefully, though the clips are nice and solid and wont generally break off unless u are really rough. remove inside gaurd trim yes and u will see it easy enough, i can take a pic right now if u really need it as my trim under the gaurd is off and has never been reinstalled lol. I can get a pic of the kickpanel trim too if u wanna see the location of the clips? let me know mate and hope it is of some help -
Hey Brycey im still in envy of your car mate it looks great I headed down to Nissan yesterday and got some prices for anyone interested... These were trade prices from memory these are all genuine r34 gtr parts Hinges - $171 for the pair non zenon headlights - $1150 for the pair zenon headlights - $3630 for the pair bumper reo bar - $355.80 im still up in the air about going the zenon lights at the moment, they are a damn site more expensive but still tempting. I found a brand new set on Yahoo Japan for $2800-$3000 delivered from Slidewize imports. also Brycey i cant wait for some more pics, especially of the headlight mounts and the cutting of the radiator support u mentioned earlier.
-
helps bleed air from the cooling system as that tank is mounted higher than the radiator and all the air is released rather than it being trapped in the top of the head water jackets etc. These are generally only needed on big power setups and engines that are worked hard on the track

Where To Run Boost Line For Gauge Into Cabin?

do a search this had been asked soooo many times now.. But ill help this time feed it through the drivers side gaurd and under there push it through the grommet that goes into the cabin for the bonnet cable and lots of the wiring. It comes out under the kickpanel area in the car and around the accelerator area. -
Merry xmas to all as well and dont leave the community any time soon Dale u are a good laugh around here :laughing-smiley-014: I might be lucky enough to attend some cruises with my car running correctly if im lucky, i cant wait to be honest

The Wolf man to see in Perth is Top Racing, Steve Thomas is the tuner and has done wolfs for years and years. http://www.topracing.com.au/

yes i can say taking the dash apart is a killer of a job, finding all those damn screws and clips is a job in itself Good luck, dont forget there is a couple of screws in the demister vents and they are hard to see unless u look through from the outside of the windscreen. These 2 bolts prevented me removing the dash for a day as i couldnt work out for the life of me what was holding it on

did they come with the car or u source these seperately? any idea on pricing? I have the nismo skirts and rear bar and wondering if they are gonna suit the 34 front or not I will modify them if they have to be, but other parts are always an option
-
Brycey that is awesome mate, she looks hot as ever Also what skirts and rear bar are u using? (sorry if its been mentioned before in the thread)

Anyone Know Where To Get This Front Grille
unique1 replied to unique1's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Hey fellas, yes the motor is being run in again lol, and once motorvation car show is finished im gonna start the next steps of the project, firstly a gtr front is lookin the goods and i just gotta contact CCubed after the new year break about gaurds/parts etc and locate some headlights and gtr bonnet (more than likely carbon fibre with vents as in the pic Darren posted above). I bought the nismo kit from Jippa last weekend but i think a 34 front is more appealing and will really finish the car off with the engine combo. Im also getting a Stack dash or MXL dash for it, some Advan rs 18" or 19" charcoal rims and some new seats (recaro or so) and pump the rear gaurds to match the fronts so i can get some fat rims on it. I also am trying to source a 260rs rear end cradle and diff/trailing arms assembly to fit bigger tyres. plenty of work on the cards and should be worth it in the end. Then the next step was to paint it black and some series 2 tailights but all these pics of silver ones are making think silver is pretty damn nice with the 34 front anyways. ill be sure to post info as i get the goodies on the car. -
thanks Brycey, sorry for the slight hijack of the thread as well mate, just thought u guys know the details better than anyone and good to keep info on conversion in the same thread rather than startin a new one.
-
Nice work Mitchy, u got abit to catch the gto yet what mph were u doing in the leggy?
-
Thats cheap as for the gear, i just got prices off yahoo japan... zenon headlights $1000 (can u get these to work on stageas) top secret cf bonnet $1600 z tune bumper $1310 hinge/catch/reo/etc (stuff u mentioned) $1500 gaurds $600 So around $6500 all up plus fitting/painting not bad really for the end results then a respray in Black and some Advan rs 19" charcoal rims
-
thanks Darren, great info, now i dont want fibreglass bumper and bonnet thats not a smart move as they are soo damn brittle.. Ill use genuine parts and a carbon fibre bonnet if i do it, so how much are the copy of the masa gaurds worth from CCubed? do u have any contact details for CCubed? i might give him a ring and speak to them.
-
what parts are needed exactly? masa gaurds 34 bumper 34 bonnet 34 headlights what else?

unique1 replied to unique1's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
haha, dont give the secrets away just yet Jerome im not sure on the rims at the moment, i need another autronic cdi plug before i can drive the car again as some pins on the plug are damaged and causing a bad contact Once new years is over ill have the kit fitted and done (and the cdi plug fixed) and might take u up on the offer if u dont mind, that would be awesome as i love the gtr rims i just dont know how they would look on silver thats all. Ill keep in touch mate -
Anyone Know Where To Get This Front Grille
unique1 replied to unique1's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Mitchys just being sarcastic, i have no more engine mods to do now so its onto the exterior Got a few big plans and they are well underway to enhance the looks department. After driving the GTO, the stagea just doesnt do it for me in looks anymore so ill change that lol. the stock grille looks like an egg carton and very cheap -
