  1. What about an Autronic and Power FC pro? If you are using a big turbo (or big sets of turbo's for that matter) are you only restricted to using air flow meters? It's a general rule that if you go the high mount turbo you should loose the AFM. Also the Motec and Autronic units are far superior to the PFC. Both the Motec and Autronic can handle the 6 throttle bodies and do not require AFM. I am sure there are advantages to going the big single as s13drifter said. However, I am yet to be convinced. The fact of the matter is, nearly all quick track GTR's and quite a few quick drag cars retain the standard throttle body set up. Mines swears by the set up! Please don’t think I'm trying to force my opinion on anyone I'm just stating my point of view.
  2. Dude! No one said it was a Nissan!!! I said it was a Honda van. However with my old age my memory is not what it used to be, so I believe I got the manufacturers name mixed up.
  3. If you live in Melbourne you can speak to Kyp at ATP. 03 9569 4764.
  4. Where can I get one?
  5. Well IMO. I think big throttle bodies are a waste of time. Especially on a GTR! Kier Wilson is still using the 6 standard throttle bodies in his 8 sec GTR. The 6 throttle bodies provide better response than a big single throttle body. If you want a GTST in the 300-400kw mark I really think spending the money on other components of your car will be more advantageous. But this is only my personal opinion!
  6. Are you serious! I thought they had some of the best fuel components in the world.
  7. More parts and pics added.
  8. I can't recall very clearly, but Honda made this van and used their F1 set up. This thing absolutely hammered!
  9. Ben at Racepace told him that he will need an in tank pump to get into the 300kw mark.
  10. My friend made 280rwkw on a standard GTR by adding Power FC, adjustable cam gears and N1 turbo's. Everything else was stock......He even has the standard air box. :uh-huh:
  11. Hi danh. Nope sorry can't help you there.
  12. I want to be a jap cop!
  13. DAMN! What single are you going to run? WOW! Seem to me your car is going to have some major power. Keep us posted on your build.
  14. Oh Nice! I'm glad to hear you are going in the right direction. What are you looking for a head gasket? Did your head come off for porting or installment of cams or are you doing a full engine build?
  15. Ok I'll try and help! Now, if you have standard bore you want a head gasket with bore 86mm. I suggest you contact someone at Nengun and specifically ask them for this size. As far as thickness is concerned its best to ask your mechanic. I know for a fact that ICE PERFORMANCE swears by 1.2mm thickness on their head gaskets. I think its got something to do with compression. However double check everything I have said as I know very little about these things. I just thought little input to your question is better than nothing. Manoj
  16. Try the for sale section and get a hold of a trader on there. Drop them an email or PM ; they might be able to help you out.
  17. I personally think the .64 housing wont be that bad on an RB20. If you get a good port job done and an aggressive camshaft set up I think this will come on boost nice and early. Ok in regards to your question about if the turbo is internally or externally gated. I think they come in both but dont quote me on it. Cop bait! OH YEA!!! Especially if you are living in Melbourne. Hope this info helps
