  1. Here you go, a pic as promised, the camera doesnt really do a good job of capturing what it looks like, the pic shows heaps of glare, and the color seems a little bluer in the photo also
  2. I have for sale the following items, for pickup from Brisbane or posted for the right price. R34 GTR stock compliance cat - $30 Condition: very good R34 GTT stock muffler - $25 Condition: very good R34 GTT stock dump pipe - $20 Condition: good R34 GTT stock castor rods - $35 Condition: Could do with new Urethane Bushes but otherwise good PICS
  3. Well after a long wait, and a lot of patience i finally took the plunge and attempted to fit a 34 GTR exhaust (Impul) with stock GTR cat to my GTT split dump/front pipe from JJR. Several hours and a broken turbo stud later and its on, but... I can now confirm that a gtr catback (at least the one i bought) does NOT bolt up to a gtt, it is infact too long! its about 3/4's the length of the cat too long, so about 8-10inches So now as it sits, i have my JJR 3" front/dump, mated up to the mid section of the cat back, minus the cat, with about a 8-10inch piece of custom pipe to make up the difference in length, which then joins to the end pipes/muffler Further more, when i get a new cat, the system will no doubt need a little chopping and changing to accomodate the size, assuming its longer than what is already there. So no, a gtr catback will not bolt up to a gtt without a little customization. Big thanks to all the guys at Al's Race fab and mechanical, worked tirelessly through the night to get me back on the road
  4. sigh, could be me
  5. bumping, pics to come, when i grab a working camera!
  6. got pics of them when the indicator is flashing? what did you use? nightshade?
  7. i downloaded the demo, the game seems to be pretty good, might take a little getting used to, but all in all looks pretty promising, i really want a G25, but cant see myself spending the few hundred on it when i would rather put that money into my real car , needa hit someone up for a present!
  8. quite easy to do, grab a set of pliers, and some steel pipe or the likes. Disconnect the 2 pipes going into the passenger side of the firewall and then push the steel pipe into one of them and use the hose clamps that were originally used to clamp it, then connect the other pipe to the other end effectively bypassing the heater core, I had this problem a little while ago, unfortunatly i was left with a nice wet patch in the passenger footwell! Since bypassing the core i have no problems, and ill eventually get around to replacing it at some point, but i dont think i need the heater for the summer
  9. hmm, have to say im not a huge fan, they are quite reminiscent of stock 34 wheels only bigger
  10. not true, it varies with the manufacturer, i have seen some 8000k kits that are ridiculously blue, as for mine, i have asked people who have been driving in front of me, and i have looked from a distance myself, and they only have a tinge of blue.
  11. if i get the chance ill take some for you tonight, the bosch 8000k kit i got from NYTSKY isnt too blue at all, and gives a nice spread of light, and i can't say that i have ever been high beamed or anything for them being too bright either
  12. another one for a HID kit from NYTSKY, got an 8000k H1 Bosch HID kit through him for my 34, works a treat and easy to install
  13. I can help you out dude, pm me what you are after, if you have any pics and what not, Cheers Steve
  14. awesome ride dude, man does that engine bay look cramped and that has to be one of the nicest looking 33's i've seen!
  15. despite that, you are kind of just clogging up the forum with images, we get someone doing this once every few months
  16. wow definatly horrible, looks like the car is being sucked apart from either end
  17. nice pics dude, but might be better to take these to the photography section or even the wasteland, because it isnt really computer art
  18. +1 for the march 2010 release, also saw this somewhere here is one link, not sure about the accuracy http://www.vgreleases.com/ps3/ReleaseDate-25101.aspx AND ANOTHER http://au.ps3.ign.com/objects/857/857126.html
  19. hmm, im afraid i have to agree, not a fan, they are too short, and too close to the centre of the car IMO, they need to be spaced out further, maybe someone could come up with a set for one of the aftermarket kits with larger front vents
  20. 2 sets or none IMO (as per mines 34)
  21. bump come on computer ppl
