Honestly a Pod filter wont make much of a noticeable difference except for the noise factor, but steering away from the debate on that (there are a fair few threads around discussing the effectiveness of a pod) it seems like you have the factory 4dr rims if im not mistaken? Maybe get yourself one of 666DAN's LED kits for the dash, assuming your still sticking to cosmetic mods for the moment, i changed mine to blue last night, looks really good.

nah just put on a pod and make an enclosure for it out of sheet aluminium, cheap and easy to do pod filters are not illegal, they just have to be secured tightly via some sort of bracket, easy enough to make up
