Saw RubyRS4 today.. @ Rundle Street (~2pm) spooling it passing a bike-cop (on the opposite lane) trying to fill his quota by out defects. Some bystander walked up to him (the cop) and gave him a handshake and said something to make him 'aggrivated' to which he replied "keep away or i'll have to arrest you".
