why am i getting high fuel press? 58psi and it doesnt make diffrent if i disconet the vacume hose

does any one knows how to check fuel presure i have bought a fuel test gauge just not 100% sure where to conected should i conected on the hose which goes between fuel filter and fuel regulator thanks

HI EVERYBODY i have r34 gtt just have done test on fuel preasure which show to be 58psi it is to high as it shoud be 43psi any idea why is to high and how to bring it down ? thanks for all help
