    General rule of thumb for removal of rotating mass is for every 10kg of rotating mass you take out has the equivalent effect of taking 100kg out of the car.

    2way LSD possibly a standard Nissan one (although it does have shallower ramp angles than mine) Carlos

    My gearbox is real noisey when rolling with the clutch in in reverse, clutch out it's ok, probably the straight cut reverse gears.

    2 piece rotors are also usually floating which further reduces pad knock off.

    If the RB25DET box weighs an extra 20kgs than the weight benefit will be more as for every kilo of rotating mass has the equivelant of 10kilos in the car. Carlos

    Yeah done that before on a standard diff to get a cheapo lsd effect. Can wear out the internals of the diff very quickly though. Carlos

    There are long nose (up to r31, z31 &s12) & short nose (from r32, z32 & s13) R200's & you can only interchange between the right length. Carlos

    If you have a viscous LSD you will need to replace it with a mechanical LSD.

    If its leaking into the car it will be the master cylinder not the slave cylinder. Its usually better to replace than to rebuild as the cylinder is usaully damaged when they are leaking. Carlos

    No, 114mm, with internal drum handbrake. Do you have an Aus or import R31?

    RB26Zcar, HR31 GTS/GTS-X's have clutch pack long nose R200 LSD's, manuals 4.11:1, autos 4.43:1. The Z31 300ZX's had long nose R200's as well with ratios of ~3.5:1, 3.7:1 & 3.9:1. Cubes, didn't some of the Infinities have a R230?

    No but some have 2spot front calipers on bigger four stud discs.

    Get import struts & fit R32 GTR or R33GTST brakes, made a huge difference to my coupe. I thought you were fitting S13 struts? Carlos
