ok guys, thanks for the help, the car fixed it self i think, i worked some more on it, changed plugs back over to old ones and it didnt start at all then changed back and it still didnt start.. i started swearing at it uncontrollably then my dad came out and started it and it worked fine! i HATE cars.. argh. yea turbo timer is more wank factor. cheers

hey guys, this afternoon i changed my oil, oil filter and fuel filter, fixed up some bad earth wires from battery to the body and tried to install turbo timer, when i went to start my car it fired up find and the turbo timer worked as well, after rechecking the oil level i went to drive the car and as soon as i hit boost the car broke down really bad, i putted home and let it idle and it was fine but as soon as i revved it it starts missfiring really really bad and backfires extreamly loud sounds like gun shots, i think a bit of oil got on the first coil pack so i took it off and wiped it off as much i could and cleaned where the plug sits, i left the car for a while and unplugged the turbo timer completly and went for a drive it started missing again but only on boost so i kept off boost and tried to go back home then all of a sudden it misses all the time now i can even take off with out it breaking down and backfiring really loud, i think it mite be a leaking injector or a few but not sure how to find out, its undrivable cause as soon as i touch the accelerator is breaks down and pops, my fuel gauge has gone down 1/4 tank and i only done about 5km but had it sitting there idling a for 20 min or so. is there any way to confirm leaking injectors or what? i dont wanna have to take em out and find they are fine, any one else had the same problems? sorry for the long post and help would be great thanks.

u can fit the clutch fan if u mod it to bolt on to the back instead of fromt of water pump apparently.

the owner martin had william and rob from 101 do all the performance work on the car the car does have nos but hasn't been used as the car has standard internals which is about to change as of last night when the motor deseased it self after a photo shoot down the coast. The car has all the bits for speed but was tuned on low boost when at jam 04 the car was only on the road for a week or so before that. It will be back on the street this year sometime as funds permit and will have the power to back up the plates. It did have 380hp at 10 pound prior to this without nos. Like someone said don't rubbish him unless you know him because thats the way he his, look on boostcruisin and see what he responds when people bag him. Its a fat car and thats that admire it and get over it, AND HOW CAN THE CAR BE THE FASTEST IN REDLANDS WHEN HE LIVES ON THE NORTHSIDE, TO MY KNOWLEDGE THE CAR ONLY DOES NEAR REDLANDS WHEN HE'S TRAVELLING DOWN THE GATEWAY MOTORWAY ON THE WAY TO THE COAST JC aka sed8

and what turbo is thihe using?

just wondering.. does the power fc show water temp on the hand controller?

Adpsi - r32 from bris made 380rwhp recently on pump fuel 20+psi. Built motor how ever what turbo is he running? i heard it was an apexi but not totally sure?

are you sure the manifold fits rb20 and rb25? it is inlet right? i didnt think these were the same? email pics to [email protected]

mine is internally gated.. so they do come that way.. they have a stupid wastegate setup tho.. bit hard to explain but not like a seperate flap next to the actual exhaust wheel.. still the same but the extra flap is hidden and.. yea bit to hard to explain. in a way its harder to run the screamer

roy. do you think you will lose much power by dropping to a 8cm exhaust housing. although my tdo6 is internal gate it is 8cm i should be putting it on in a couple of weeks.. gonna have exhaust, fmic, fuel pump and a adj reg until i save for injectors maybe microtech or even remap the ecu depends how things go. will let u know how i go.

it was a 19c turbo, tilbrook manifold too.

yea.. i went and spoke to him at his work.. apparently 340rwhp from an "apexi" turbo.. wouldnt tell me any more.. said he was gonna put a rb25 in..

just a s13 one will do mate. dont need a r32 one.
