  2. You can alter the stock manifold, but looks dodgy. Best off buying a ready made unit. For the best results you should grab a 6BOOST manifold. You can pick a new one up for about $1000-1200. But because they flow so well, you should really look into ATLEAST a 50mm wastegate. Turbosmart offers a 50mm starting from $600. So without labour etc just in parts your looking at ATLEAST $1600-1800.
  3. Well....when i got mine tuned at matty's, he said not to worry about the limiter, its normal. BUT, your problem has only happened to me a couple of times. So i changed the spark plugs (1 was shattered) and it didnt do it anymore. Even banging on limiter i dont get the check engine light, unless I have the pedal to the floor, still banging on the limiter. Maybe put in a new set of spark plugs, and try again?

  7. REALLY? my Mechanic got a 33 tuned with a 3582 with a .84 rear and got the lag down from 4200rpm to close to 3200-3500rpm. To me that is bloody good, keeping in mind the size of the 3582. That is almost the same amount of lag as my .63 3582, bloody amazing.

  12. STAY THE f$## away from the EMU. A fkn hard bitch to tame. No-one would tune it for me. Sure it has great features, but unless u have lined someone up who can tune it, and tune it well, stay away!

They are a distributor for exedy clutches. Got a twinnie supplied fitted for under 1800. Hahahah and to oldmate from brissie, if u knew what chapmans was like u would see the funny side hahaha.
  16. Im assuming u have an AEM computer? a PFC or something ? I had the same issue, fkn lumpy idle, guttless, and died. My loom was loose in my pfc ecu. Tightened up the screw and she was sweet.

  25. I hear ya rob. I've been ''dosing'' for about 18months, and my mechanic has aswell for YONKS, with absolutely NO damage. So the whole argument about its 'fulleybadforurturbo'is BS. I switch between bov and dosing. It just gets boring .
