  1. Carbon Fiber Wheel Arch Flares to suit R33 Gts/Gtst from Justjap. New condition, only ever trial fitted with tape. $280.
  2. If running the R32 actuator then bypass the solenoid. It bleeds off from 5 to 7 psi, so is completely pointless being connected. Make sure you block off the other hose though as if you had installed a boost T. I'd also say replace the hose with restrictors, no need for that when you have altered the boost yourself. I am also no mechanic or expert and don't fully know why they are there in the first place.
  3. if it started boosting after disconnecting the hose, maybe the hose is blocked. Maybe try running a new hose straight from source to actuator to be 100% its the issue..
  4. if the car is written off (repairable write off) the insurance company will take ownership and pay you the insured amount. They may then offer you a buy back price so they don't have to deal with it. You could buy it back at a very cheap price and then pay for the respray yourself. May or maynot work out though. Best you ring them up and find out what the costs would be and all the details before making your decision. I'd say most likely to make the claim as any half decent respray will cost more than the 1k + any premium increase. I pay a little extra premium to protect my no claims bonus so that i can claim for anything without fear of increased premiums.
  5. best mod you can do is upgrade your knowledge, and use the search function. learn about the car, different mods etc.
  6. I've also been wondering if it's worth joining sausa, tried a cpl months ago but site was not working so gave up. Anyone know if it's fixed yet, or can advise how active it is?
  7. cpark. (for double posting )
  8. Depends on paint type, colour, additives, number of coates, prep required, quality/experience of painter, etc, etc. You could do it for $100 if you really wanted! Or you could spend $10k..
  9. I won't use a seller that can't be bothered to post a correct picture.. I also usually end up paying a bit more to use a trusted, reliable, known seller. Traders on here are pretty good. I got front struts supplied through pedders as they were doing other work at same time. As they said, the 2nd one. I have the kyb rear struts on my 33 and happy with them as my daily driver
  10. Depends what cooler and bar you have. Usually there is some modification required
  11. haha, by posting on it yourself and digging up the old thread you will probably now get more messages!!
  12. I think custom imports do a bit of this , can even sometimes help with loan parts. Can't remember name of other place, will comment back if I remember. I haven't personally used them or anyone else in this regard though, just going from word of mouth.
