  1. *** SOLD **** to the lucky man in Vic , who will no doubt be decreasing circuit time substantially now
  2. I totally agree with Carlo - The standard of sentence structure and gramatical poise in some posts is close to non existant. The use of abbreviations is atrocious and totally unnecessary. Ignorance in spelling is abhorrent and signifies a complete injustice of why my taxes go to the public education system. Get over the gangster talk and revert back to the Queen's English - It is much more palatable.
  3. Aw Come on Blitz - Mitsu Power ! ha ha ha

I tried to re-use the oil return gasket and I got a leak and had to do it all over again. Use copper grease - not locktite Yes replace the copper washers Re Cat - no won't affect the tune and will give you substantially more power - trust me on that, but don't ask me how I know. 24. From: Kim.Beazley.MP@aph.gov.au Subject: RE: DOTARS - Changes to the 15 Year old Rule Date: 6 April 2005 2:41:38 PM To: bfaulds@xxxxxxx.xxx.au Dear Brendan Thank you for your email concerning the Federal Government's plans to restrict imports of motor vehicles older than 15 years old. I apologise for the delay in replying to you. The Federal Government's announcement on 7 February this year that it is intending to change import arrangements for older (used) classic or historic vehicles has understandably caused a great deal of distress amongst certain sectors of our community. While there may be sound environmental and safety reasons for making the changes to the import arrangements, this has not been adequately communicated by the Federal Government to the broader public. The Government has also failed to provide adequate information about the circumstances under which older vehicles may continue to be imported into Australia. To date it is still unclear as to when the Government will introduce these changes to the Motor Vehicle Standards Regulations 1989 into the Parliament. I understand that the Regulations are still being drafted. Be assured that the Australian Labor Party will assess the proposed amendments and their impact in the development of our position. Thank you once again for your concern regarding this matter. Yours sincerely Kim KIM C BEAZLEY MP Member for Brand Leader of the Opposition -----Original Message----- From: Brendan Faulds [mailto:bfaulds@xxxxxxxx.xxx.au] Sent: Friday, 18 February 2005 7:28 AM To: O'Brien, Kerry (Senator); Burke, Tony (MP); Beazley, Kim (MP) Subject: DOTARS - Changes to the 15 Year old Rule Hey Guys, Fair crack of the whip, with respect to this new rule that is being pushed through be Jim Lloyd. I'm 37, not some young whippersnapper wanting to get into a high performance grey import. I like to change my cars reglularly - Currently have imported a Mitsubishi Pajero 4WD diesel. I also imported a Toyota Soarer for my 65 year old father. How I am I going to do this when the law changes ? It's just not fair. And I'm not happy about it, along with many others. Hopefully you guys can see the injustice in all of this and stop Jim Lloyd from ruining my life. Thanks for listening. Brendan Faulds 126B xxxxxxxx St xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx
