  6. Ok so I answer my own question: In circuit running or drag racing, lubrication trouble is one of the major reasons for the blowing of RB26DETT. The main reason for this trouble is worn out bearing metal from decreasing oil pressure, caused by insufficient amount or pressure of factory oil pump for tuned high RPM and high out put engines. Also, since factory pump gear is made of weak sintered metal, it is not rare that broken gear at high RPM damages entire expensive engine block instantly. TOMEI RB26 oversize oil pump applied extra large pump gear that is made of high-strength material to let it breath enough amount and pressure of oil to the tuned engine and secures strength with its original design.

  18. Dude - it's easy. A bit messy but easy. I did mine last weekend took like an hour. You need a big shifter though to get the big four sided nuts off - I had to take my control arm thingies right out and put the whole HICAS gearbox and motor in a vice , then used stiltzen (sp) to get these off. Get a wheel alignment straight after ! If you get the one from Skylinegeoff, good instructions come with it ! Cheers,

  22. I'm not going to be able to make it (again) due to work....... farkit ! I installed softer rear suspension and got rid of the HICAS, got wheel alingnment - so nearly there. I just got to line up a tune and get the ability to get out there. Really, I am trying - but shit happens....... JP - I need to call you !
