  1. If this goes ahead - I'd be keen to see hybrids allowed too - Mine is all Skyline - except for the body
  2. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Of...ad-t223723.html
  3. Need this ASAP as my poor car which is finally ready has one more thing to fix: Need the optics / module from the dizzy as I get no spark - and we isolated it to this. Or whole dizzy Thanks,
  4. Yeah baby - the might S12 is making a resurgence. Mine is SOOOO nearly ready - Just a measly one piece custom tailshaft to go.

  6. Yeah - PM me - I like to keep list - it's getting long now.. I have blown so much money on less then reputable shops - it's a shame - but a fact of life.
  7. Poor bugger....... He's got a really nicely setup Gazelle

  9. Officially ripped off from Aus12.org
  10. Thanks Gadget - Yours is great too - but needs an FJ :)
  11. Thought I'd start an S12 / Gazelle thread - seeing's how mine is half Skyline anyway - DR Motor, GTS-t Front Brakes, R31 Rear Brakes, GTS-t Gearbox etc And I know there are some S12 diehards on this site :-) Might start calling mine a Gazline Post away BTW - This is not mine - just some cool pics.
  12. Ha ha - Denial is not a river in India - Ha ha It's ALL GOOD !
  13. Doof - It was me that said 6 weeks - and it would have been if they had to make you up new plates. You were going throught the exact process I described and you luckily latched onto a pro-active thinking RTA person - Well done. A good result. Albeit a frustrated Doofmeister. When you get to my age, you will realise the insanity of getting all upset and resentful at things that don't go your way
  14. When can I come have a look at this turbo ??
  15. I asked my mechanic this question today - He said - look here: Got a K&N filter - ripped it apart - unfolded the cotton filter Took a paper filter - ripped it apart - unfolded the paper filter The paper filter was more than twice as long as the K&N More surface area on the paper fitler He also commented that unless you keep the oil on the the K&N really clean regularly, it can clog up with shit - - the oil just attracts shit and clogs it. With the paper filter, cause there is more surface area, the shit is spread further (thinner) Also - paper filters are like 5 bux these days - I could afford to change one every 2000kms - keeping max air flow always. I think I will stick to paper filters.
  16. Thought I might chime into this thread: Here's my "Race Gazelle" that's bean in the workshop for 9 months (story of my life) Stock as I bought it: Throw away this bit: Put in this bit instead: And you get this: Add some skyline 4 piston brakes to the front: And some R31 Skyline discs to the read to replace the drums: Whack on a big front mount intercooler: Loose the open wheel diff and replace with a detroit locker: S13 Coilover conversion at the front: Gauge me up baby - with all that you need including Wideband O2 connected to the Haltech: And you are on the way to building a Race Gazelle What you can't see is the : Haltech E6X One piece tailshaft R33 Gearbox 8kg custom springs, lowered at the rear Monroe Gas shockers (from an HG holden) at rear S13 Custom Strut brace Falken Semislicks on the front D01J Dunlops on the rear 3.5" exhaust with metal cat Should be a good little car when it's finished
  17. Just confirming - it has a T3 flange, and 3" 4 bolt exit, externally gated ??
