hi peepz. i was going to finish up my turbo and realise i was running a avcr. (totally forgot.) so i just wan to know where goes where. the actuator goes to the COM outlet at the boost solenoid(controller?) and the other outlet from the other side goes to the ON outlet of the boost solenoid (controller?) correct? from what i have learn is that you are not suppose to run the hose too long from the boost controller. true? heres a pic could you guys help me out? ps: bonus question. Do i need to flush the radiator free from the previous coolant? i already release most of the coolant by unscrewing the cap underneath the radiator.(left it dripping till the next morning) and much more while taking out the turbo. first of all i would like to add that this turbo is a kit from HKS itself. (right now i already know that it is not 100% bolt on) if i would have known better i would have paid some one to do it. i have tried to move the compressor housing before putting it in. I have tried to move if further away from the heat shield but the more i move it away, the actuator will be touching the side wall of the engine bay. i brought the turbo to the turbo guru and he said allign it similar to the stock turbo. and everything looks fine before putting the heat shield on. *is it possible that i finish it installing it and drive the car to the mechanic and let them refine the whole setup??

hmm... too near.... according to the instruction manual, i am on the right track. this is the picture of the instuction manual. the second picture. if i rotate by 90degrees it will be hitting the side wall of the engine bay.

the silicon hose that will be near the heat shield is the HKS supplied hose. Turbo is HKS gt3037.

hi ppl, just a question about heat shield. So here goes, when i am putting back the heat shield that is suppose to be on the manifold, it appears to be too near to the turbo. like 3-4 mm from the turbo to the heat shield or less. is this too near or it wont be a problem long term?? if there are going to be problems, this is going to be a pain in the ass to take out the whole turbo again and re-allign it.... here are some pictures. thanks in advance.

sorry, didnt know r33 was the same spot. what i was told is the r33 fuel pump is similar to the r32. how do you use a wood to undo the fuel tank lid? how big? can i use a screw driver? pry it open?? lol

Hi ppl. i am going to replace my stock fuel pump with the bosch 040 fuel pump. the problem is that most ppl had done r32 and r33 but the r34 is alot different than the both.... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/In...bosch+fuel+pump looking at this previous post. nothing is similar to what i have in my r34 gtt. instead of unscrewing the cradle which is connected to the fuel pump, mine is like a screw type cover (which i am having difficulty removing). and the position of the fuel pump is near the end of the boot instead of the boot(towards the back seat). any one have any idea if the fuel fump installation will be the same as the r33 and r32? many thanks in advance. cheers!

Hi ppl. Before i start, yes i have search.... There are so many tuners in Perth. I was just wondering who is the best in Perth??? Some says this guy, another says that guy, another one says its him etc etc. I am not sure which one to go to???? as most of you know that the tune will be as good as the tuner. so since I am going to tune the power fc why not get the best? can anyone help me out?? thanks in advance!!!

i think i know this person.... not related in anyway but one of the victim's mother is a lecturer in Curtin. Shes been off work due to this similar story, as told by her colleagues. sad to hear such a terrible accident....

Ha! a noob just recieve his turbo... i got my GT3037 Pro S today... hmmmm it looks kinda small....LOL havent seen a GT3037 b4 so... can you guys post up some GT3037 pics up?? plus is there any markings/serial number etc etc?? the only number i can find is this: HKS GT Pro KI 0154J 700177 5007 heres a picture of it. is this a GT3037????

oh btw one more thing..... how about the avcr settings?? what should i do with it?

hi ppl, i have installed a gt3037 into my rb25det neo. mods include fmic + avcr + splitifire + full exhaust + safc2 + usual mods. safc2 was tune to stock turbo. things waiting to be put in. Power fc + injectors + fuel pump + z32afm Or should i wait till everything is put into the car and then bring it to be tune. i have read that nizmofreek has his gt30 fitted and driven on stock ecu for around 2 months? will the safc2 interfere with the stock ecu when the gt30 is fitted? or should i take out the safc2? can i drive the car fitted with the gt30 with the stock ecu? any possible damage to the engine? i know the golden rule -- no thrashing or what so ever b4 tune. i am really confuse right now... what should i do?

are you 100% sure?? just ask a couple of guys. they said its side feed for the rb25, not sure did they mean r33 rb25 or the r34 rb25neo. can some one clear this query please! many thanks!
