Man that is without doubt one of the best and cleanest 32s i have ever seen. Price is very reasonable for a car in that condition. There are plenty of GTRs with that power on standard internals that have no problems at all. Go and buy ur 89 model GTR with some mods from japan and then spend your 5K on mods and see if it compares. Not to mention the body work it will need. Good luck with the sale. Cheers

I dont think the pic is the skyline on the dyno. White in the pic and dark blue on the dyno. The car on the dyno has been in a few magazines, its called GTR700 from memory and it also runs twin HKS 3540s from veilside. Special order as apparently HKS dont have them in there catalouge. Definately not low mounts. It has massive power now and has achieved a 9.xx pass. It was shown at one of the melbourne car shows at the front (It was under cover to start with). yeah but it will have bigger injectors, fuel regulator, fuel pump, head gasket, mines hardcore ecu with heaps of time in tunning, higher rev limit, 1.2-1.4 bar of boost, bigger radiator, more coolers than u can poke a stick at so it can work hard all day long. Prob have better manifolds and IC pipes with a bigger cooler. Very possible with these sorts of mods. They focus more on response that is y the bore and stroke are the same as stock, better response. That is y it is so fast. On boost at idle!!!! he he he. well not really but close.

I have a modified S14 that i use for track and road and i also have a friend with a boring everyday ford falcon. It seems not to be the car but the driver as he seems to narowly miss live objects all the time and i never have this problem. He is always lighting up his 1 wheel and speeding. I think the attitude of the driver and there training is the key. Show them what passengers thay are when the car loses control at 100KPH or even 60.

Oh ok. Im after a Mechanical LSD not a Viscous diff as the factory one is viscous. Thanks anyway. I want the GTR one because there is minimal work to get it to fit and its mechanical. Cheers

Hi nixcars I heard that a GTR 33 diff non-vspec cause of the tourqe split stuff fits into S14 with only minimal mods. Being a mechanical diff it is a lot better than the viscous S14 diff and also cheaper than a cusco LSD. What is the R230 diff?? Cheers

It is a fair bit. The SS isnt rated at more than 280HP i think and the RS is at 400HP. I have seen a few SS's and they are quite small from memory. The RS is definatly the go. Cheers

Hey Weres the best place in melbourne to get a custom seat rail made up. I just bought a bucket seat but need rails to suit S14. Hard to get so i might just get one made up. Any help appreciated. Cheers

You might want to take a look at ur thermostat. In other words buy a new one cause there not expensive. They have a tendancy to jam half open wich will cause your car to run hot. If it was the head gasket you would be using heaps more fuel that u usually do and there would be a lot of black smoke out the exhaust from richness. Worth a thought. Cheers
