  4. Hi guys, just have a quick question. Is it Normal for a skyline's rego sticker to have the year it was imported or the year it was made on it, the one i am buying has 2004 on it, just want to know for peace of mind. Thanks guys
  5. Thanks heaps Sheriff Wan thats exactly what i was looking for. I reckon i'll just keep it open and if ever they kick up a stink i'll just close it to keep them happy. I remember when i applied he said something exactly what you said about it keeping my monthly expense numbers low. Now i just have to book some tickets to go and buy one. thanks Guys for the help.
  6. Yeh thats what i thought i signed the contract and everything today. I even asked him when i have to cancel the card and he just said in a few days when ever i can. So it sounds as if it's not really going to matter if i don't cancel it. I'm just not sure though.
  7. Hi guys i have a small problem with my loan i just got to by a skyline. I wen to sign me contract this sarvo and everything went well but apparently the guy said they want me to close my credit card with commonwealth (the loan being with NAB) he didn't say when i have to close it by or anything else. It's not the end of the world if i have to but i'd rather not. The question im asking is: in my contract it doesn't state anything about having to close my credit card. Do you think NAB will actually check to see if i have closed it if i don't? Are they allowed to make me close it? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Guys

    Roadworthy

thanks mate. I am that excited about buying a gtr it's rediculous. I was worried about how the rb26's seem to need rebuilds alot, so i have put extra cash aside to cover the rebuild when needed so i think im set.

    Roadworthy

Excellent. Looks like im just about set i am planning on heading over to Sydney and checking out a couple of cars over there. I am actually a mechanic myself so hopefully i can find a good one and drive it back. If you are able to find that website that would be great. One more question too, i am a southerner as well, is there anyone in Hobart that has a dyno and can tune a Apexi FC that you know of. thanks for the help 4drftn

    Roadworthy

Hey Tas_sinful I am most likely getting it from sydney but i havent chosen the exact one i want to buy yet, just going to look at a few and pick one on a weekend and drive it back. So the process is roughly (correct me if im wrong) bring it back from sydney, i then most likely have three months to get it registered in tassie, take it to get a roadworthy, then go to transport and pay for rego and plates etc. Two questions, where abouts do i take it to get a roadworthy? and what sort of paper work etc do i need to take to service TAS, also will service tas look at the car or do they just need the roadworthy certificate? Thanks Guys

    Roadworthy

Hi guys i have not posted in a LONG time, i finally got enough cash together to buy a r32 gtr. I just have a couple of questions. - I am buying from the mainland, when i get it back is there a period of time that i have got to drive it before i have to get a road worthy and register it in Tasmania? - Also will a r32 gtr with only minor mods like exhaust and pod filters get a roadworthy alright. I read some post s about the mainlanders having to put in stock airboxes and chaniging exhausts etc, how hard is it to register in tasmania? - and last of all what sort of documents and vehicle plaques etc will i need/ be looking for when i look at a gtr? Cheers guys i appreciate any help you can give me . Thanks
