  1. I was lead to believe that the springs were different to any skylines but the shocks were front GT-R and rear GTS-T?
  2. Mmm the leather interior is certianly worth getting Id highly advise that The maroon one didn't have it though Hopefully the new owner of the white one will be on here, it was a white with blue pearl from memory, had that creamy look to it..
  3. Sydneykid: Rang up Whiteline Suspension and they have no listings at all for the Nissan Stagea? What part number are they if you dont mind me asking?
  4. Sorry I have worded it wrong, I didn't mean it to say not to go to street machines. Just mentioning that Ive never personally dealt with street machines, and recommeneding AJM as well as I know the people there and was just recommending them based on my previous purchases. I must admit though they have an awesome range there and must say congrats on bringing in so many over here and keeping so many in stock giving everyone a good opportunity to have a look over the cars Oh and also good to see some nicely modded ones there as well
  5. No it doesn't have an aftermarket ecu, no mods at all standard as :|
  6. Thought this thread might come in handy for some people around here and new comers to look at to find the parts that they need and where to buy from.. Ive only just gotten some of these from previous posts and made some suggestions on other parts, if you can help please reply with part name/number and a contact to buy them from.. 7. Well Ive started making a few posts and even threads on the forum here before putting up some info on myself and my new Stagea so here it goes.. A few of you might know me already, I used to own an Orange Toyota Starlet Glanza Turbo Replica (later model GT Starlet) that was featured in Fast fours a few months ago, heres some little shots of it, click on the link below if you wanna see some more on it. You might also know me because I run a few other car related sites such as the AU Starlet Club (owner/founder) http://www.austarletclub.com/ and also the Toowoomba Car Forum (owner/founder) http://www.toowoombacarforum.com/ http://www.austarletclub.com/lone/sell/index.html Anyhoos I finally sold it and bought myself a Stagea, I was looking originally at a Chaser but the price of the Stagea and the features had me sold, I am a Toyota man but Nissan certainly made a good range of performance vehicles and I also like to own somethign different and Stagea won me, heres some details and photos on the car.. I bought the car stock as and have just recently added some of the new parts (exhaust, boost control etc.) 1998 Nissan Stagea RB25DET Motor as standard GTR AWD Driveline as standard Full Black Leather Interior (photos to be added soon) Full electrics including seats Climate Control etc. etc. BMC Panel Filter 3" Cat back exhaust Apexi AVC-R Boost Controller To be lowered soon Im really loving the car and how well its responding to mods, I am hoping this weekend on one soon to run it down the 1/4 mile and see just how quick these things actually are.. Cant wait to see this section of the forum as Im certain it will with more and more coming into the country and seeing a lot more common knowledge on the cars over this side of Japan
  8. Took some photos at Brisbane Street Machines this weekend as they had a heap of Stageas there, however if you are looking at buying one I woudl highly recommend AJM Motorsport Love the maroon one (19" wheels) and the white one..
  9. Anyone else got anymore tips on launching with the auto? Im going down to willowbank raceway this coming saturday and wanna get some tips, I seem to launch ok using the old foot on brake and accelarate method but theres a lacking spot between launch and boost coming in..
  10. Few more added, come on there has to be more then 7 stagea owners on here?

I just bought my car from there last week, great guys to deal with and I found them quite well priced for a dealer
  12. Damnit their the wheels Ive got as well! And damnit ill be most likely having my website design business logo on that window as well Speaking of which, do you have a legit copy of flash that you would be interested in doing some subcontract work for me in? Just need a few things done, I can do them, just want to use a legal copy of course... If your keen just email me [email protected] Anyways back to the topic looks like a few people are keen so Ill see what prices these coils will be after the weekend..
  13. That would be a great help terminal to save me time having my gear out
  14. Jay95R33: Good stuff, Ill be interested to see how it all goes
  15. Sydneykid: Damn didnt know whiteline had them available already, certainly be up for buying some of them, just didnt know any brands actually had them as a part number.. You dont happen to know the part number? What kind of height drop are the whitelines? True point for most people there about the wagon, personally though Ill never use the wagon part for major loading except maybe a rare time once a year... Im just going more for the better look, not a dropped on its guts looked, just a good tyre just about matched to guard look, with about 40mm max
  16. Would anyone here be keen on doing a group buy or similar on some lowered springs to suit the Stagea? I would most likely be looking at getting King Springs to make them from a sample that I will send to them or most likely a suspension shop up here that I get some good pricing from (friends father owns it) that will measure them etc. and pass the details onto them. Im certain if we get a few keen buyers the price would drop and also we might be lucky for future people that they might keep a design and make a part number and keep them in stock that we can refer others to down the track.. Now seeming the Stagea has a standard ground clearance of 145mm I would be thinking a 30-35mm drop would be my preferred height, anyone else?
  17. Top work on those corners, looks like it will be looking like a good setup
  18. Im interested as well to see what bad effects having the fuse out could do to the Stagea, I wonder but doubt it would be safe enough for being on a dyno?
  19. Anyone else here have any idea what coudl be causing this problem?
  20. Just thought it would be interesting with a few stagea owners on here now to see what state each Stagea is in and also maybe get a figure on how many Stagea owners there are here on this forum... Just reply with what state your in VIC stagi-r michaeljquinn ACT Jay95R33 Terminal NT Ice12 RBNT WA RB26VL tigerleo62 Brazen QLD Lone enterthestagea Gary2 NSW Sydneykid TAS burkey22 SA RSFour BensDR30 New Zealand safT StageaRS4
  21. Yup the load rating is the one you are after, it should be a figure over 500kg.. I know for a fact police/transport check that your tyres are correct for the car, the max load rating is stamped on all tyres and must be higher/equal to then that specified on the car. Thats one of the reasons the guys in the luxs etc. have problems because they have quite a high rating from memory due to the ability of taking a large load in the rear tray. Just make sure they give you the proper load rating
  22. Haha thats a great idea, definatly heading there this weekend to buy me some Also make sure the tyres load rating is correct that they give you at Tempe, from memory you need at least 570kg loading capacity on each tyre, check in your glovebox in its in there in the paragraph below the table (sorry dont have the car handy at the moment)
  23. Im with you on that one as well, IMO not worth the extra $$ when they could be spent modifying your own to get some good go out of it and handling as well, and still be left with extra $$
  24. Lokking good, I heard about these about ot be released a while ago, Ill be keen to see how they actually perform.
  25. Sounds like everythings comign along good for you terminal, be good to see what it looks like with some new wheels, what size are you planning on? One problem I have found with the stagea over the past days is tooo much space, have to work out a way to have items stay in one spot and still have some fun in the car..
